Pros:

Very good location, extremely close walk to Central station lots of food & convenience stores nearby. Light rail & bus services a short walk away. Rooms are great having everything you need! wonderful friendly staff.

Not what I'd hoped
Pros:

Lovely staff, nice touch giving free hot drinks 24/7, great location, and a pleasant looking reception.

Cons:

The room was so dusty I had a layer of dust on any drink I left on the side and the screens of my devices every time I put them down.
The room cleanliness was poor. Smears on the window, sticky liquid spill on the bedside table, and the top of the shower head was thick with dust, showing it had not been cleaned in a long time, if ever.
The curtains also did not fit the window, so there was a gap on either side, which the building opposite could see into the room through.
The heavy room doors in this hotel are ridiculously loud. Each morning and night, I was woken up at all hours because these doors closed very loudly if no effort was made to close them quietly (which naturally most people don't do).
A mechanism to ensure they close more quietly would benefit all guests.
The walls are thin, and there are gaps under the doors, so you can literally hear any loud conversations in the adjacent rooms.
In all the hotel needs a refurb. It's not in great condition (walls, door, bathroom, paint job, tiles, and carpets).
It's a shame because a revamp, quieter, better sealed doors, and better cleaning standards would really make this place good value for money.

Pros:

前台服務人員都很好，Angee（沒有拼錯的話）的服務無話可說，讓我們感到無比的放鬆。飯店有棒棒糖、蘋果、咖啡、熱牛奶、早上還有小點心，這是讓我覺得最棒的地方，若有機會依然會再前往住宿！

Cons:

房間的隔音不太好，我們住的那間剛好喇叭有異音（但跟Angee有拿取膠帶把它貼起來就沒有聲音了），會有聽到大型機器運轉的嗡嗡聲（應該是整棟空調），浴室是花灑不是蓮蓬頭，若是清洗下半身會比較不方便！

Value for money and location
Pros:

Amazing staff and service!
Great little breakie available, bread and fruits!
24/7 coffee Nespresso, and reception
Location is the best central but no noise, close to public transport or walking distance to great spots

Again service is seriously amazing

Cons:

Room small but ok for 2
Toilet is good, fantastic shower
Mattress need upgrade urgently, spring are all loose not comfy at all

Perfect will be back!
Pros:

Great location central to public transport, Darling Harbour and Capitol Theatre. Complimentary pastries for breakfast and hot drinks on offer. Clean, modern and excellent customer service!

Pros:

Modern simple stylish convenient comfort. Pastries and coffee bar in foyer perfect for the bisy traveller.

Cons:

All good and a great stay but only issue rm 101 airconditioning limited in room unable to cool even lowest setting even when hallway was cool.

Pros:

The hotel is quite good positioned, not very central but close to the station. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
They offer coffee and some snacks every morning which is very nice. The room is just ok, enough space and comfy bed.

Cons:

The AC cannot be stopped. We complained to reception and they did find a solution but it was weird to not be able to put it on/off, just modifying the temperature and for us it didn't work..
The cleaning was also not very good. Every day they changed the towels but no actual cleaning (you could see the dust collecting in the bathroom especially).
