Piacevole soggiorno a due passi da centro e stazione
Pros:

Ottima posizione. Staff cortese, camera nuovissima e accessoriata, illuminazione, doccia, tev ecc funzionalissimi. Complimenti. Buona colazione.

Cons:

Peccato non ci fosse un armadio per riporre abiti (solo alcune grucce), ma non ci sarebbe stato sotto la scala. E peccato che non ci fosse una zona comune per rilassarsi, ma dopo tutto a ben guardare si poteva evincere dalle recensioni/descrizioni.

Très bien placé, à proximité des lieux touristiques. Le personnel était très sympathique. La chambre assez grande et très propre, lit confortable..

Cons:

Les parties communes sont accessibles mais tout y est payant, le jaccuzi beaucoup trop cher. Trop de gaspillage (savon et serviettes changé tout les jours).

Super Lage, aber ohne Kleiderschrank nur schwer mehrere Tage bewohnbar

Lage super, Frühstück wie in Italien üblich ok, kleines gutes Buffet. Zimmer geräumig

Cons:

Einziger Nachteil: Kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer ! Wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt, muss man aus dem Koffer leben, das ist nicht gut

- localização perfeita, fizemos a maior parte do centro de Florença a pé;
- staff simpático e prestável;
- limpeza impecável, com substituição de produtos todos os dias;
- o meu namorado adorou todas as automatizações e o facto de os interruptores serem Touch, num boutique hotel cria uma fantástica mistura entre o moderno e o tradicional;
- cama super confortável e macia;
- guardaram-nos as malas depois do check out para um último passeio.

Cons:

- o pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade e atenção ao ponto de confecção dos ovos.

A real gem in the heart of Florence. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Wonderful, friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure your stay was perfect. I have some dietary issues and they bought in special gluten free food for me. They were also really accommodating when I asked to stay a little longer after check-out. Location is excellent with several restaurants and supermarkets in the same street. Five mins walk from the Duomo.

Pros:

Dario super atento a todo, pendiente de que tuvieramos una estadía confortable. Muy cercano al Duomo, lleno de restaurantes en las cercanias con comida italiana, y también típica de Toscana. Muy fácil recorrer la ciudad desde el hotel, todo a pie. La estación de trenes está a solo 5 min del hotel a pie, perfecto para pasar el día en Pisa o algún otro destino cercano. Muy recomendado.
