Pros:

La ubicación, en el desayuno te hacían tortitas, tostadas o huevos revueltos al momento, estaba muy bueno todo.La chica joven que te hacía el desayuno era muy agradable y el señor de la recepción también

Cons:

No tener agua de cortesía es algo que veo casi imprescindible en cualquier hotel, pero en general nada malo que destacar

Excelente ubicación, buena habitación, buen desayuno pero muy mal la recepción y zonas cumbres.
Pros:

La ubicación y que estaba reformado recientemente

Cons:

La entrada y las zonas comunes. No tenía ningún espacio para estar fuera de la habitación.
La recepción parecía más de un Albergue de estudiantes, no parece de un Hotel 3 estrellas superior como anuncian

Ótima opção de hospedagem !
Pros:

Acomodação muito confortável, ótima cama ,roupas de cama excelentes .
Gostamos muito do café da manhã e da localização , perto de tudo .

Cons:

A localização é excelente, um sítio tranquilo e muito próximo da maioria das atrações..
Sempre limpo, e toalhas repostas diariamente

Cons:

O hotel fica dividido entre as frações dos pisos do prédio, ou seja, a receção é no 1o andar, nós ficamos em 1 dos quartos do 2°andar... O quarto é mais pequeno que aparenta nas fotos, o pequeno-almoço é bom mas tem pouquíssima variedade e quantidade...
Para um hotel com tão boa cotação, esperava mais e diferente.

Soluzione perfetta per visitare Firenze, 5’ dalla stazione. Via tranquilla e silenziosa.
Pros:

Posizione, camera nuova, confortevole, perfettamente pulita. Attrezzata di coffee station. Sonno perfetto. Spazio esterno comune piacevole. Il titolare e il personale molto gentili e ospitali.

Cons:

Ingresso un pochino freddo. Colazione adeguata, sufficiente, non memorabile.

La habitación y el personal amable

Cons:

Está en un edificio un poco antiguo, la recepción y algunas hab es en el 1 piso y mi hab era en el 2 piso del edificio, a las 23hs cierra la recepción y no hay nadie hasta la mańana siguiente

Sono molto pignola sulla pulizia, amo la pulizia e devo dire che questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative, perfetto a dir poco! eccellente in tutto e per tutto, personale cordiale e simpatico. Disponibilissimi su qualsiasi fronte. Colazione eccellente e la distanza dal centro? 4 minuti a piedi dal duomo di Firenze.
Esperienza fantastica ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Ottima posizione. Staff cortese, camera nuovissima e accessoriata, illuminazione, doccia, tev ecc funzionalissimi. Complimenti. Buona colazione.

Cons:

Peccato non ci fosse un armadio per riporre abiti (solo alcune grucce), ma non ci sarebbe stato sotto la scala. E peccato che non ci fosse una zona comune per rilassarsi, ma dopo tutto a ben guardare si poteva evincere dalle recensioni/descrizioni.
