Ruhig aber für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet
Pros:

Die Lage ist super ruhig und im Sommer sicherlich toll dort. Frühstück war super besonders wegen der Uhrzeit 8:00-11:30, Schwimmbad ab 7:00 Uhr und schön groß.

Cons:

Sehr viel unterschiedliche Stile, wahrscheinlich durch Anbauten oder einzelne Umbauten.
Ein Angebot in der Sauna an Getränken und Obst wäre schön. Sowie separate Handtücher zum tauschen.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war groß und gemütlich. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen.
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und nett.
Wir konnten mit unserem Hund in der Stube sitzen. Ein kleiner aber schöner Wellnessbereich gehört dazu.

Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich. Mitten im Wald, in der Natur. Morgens als erstes den Vögeln und dem Specht lauschen. Tolle Wanderungen/ Spaziergänge vom Hotel aus.. Das Personal ist mega bemüht und unheimlich nett. Das Gastgeberpaar herzlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich als Gast einfach sehr wohl. Die Hunde bekamen ein Hundekörbchen und Näpfe vom Haus. Für Hundehalter ideal. Hier wird an vieles gedacht. Der Wellnessbereich und die Ruheräume sind wunderbar gestaltet. Wir werden das Hotel empfehlen und auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Cons:

Im Zimmer stand im März noch Begrüßungskarten mit "Frohe Weihnachten", die Hygieneartikel wurden nicht aufgefüllt, es gab keinen Zimmerservice und das Abendessen war TK. Eines der schlechtesten welches wir jemals hatten. Auf Nachfrage was es genau für ein Gericht gäbe hieß es: "Ihr habt ein Handy? Dann googelt es. Ich kann es nicht erklären." Das Ausländische Personal hingegen war wirklich bemüht und sehr freundlich. Für den Preis insgesamt i.O., aber warum muss dann das Personal und der Chef so freundlich sein? Auf Anregungen und Kritik wird meckernd reagiert und man wird als Lügner dargestellt.
