Almost perfect
Pros:

Genuinely, this was one of the best stays I've had in a VERY long time! This place was incredibly clean, seriously, one of the cleanest rooms I've encountered. It's a shame my initial reservation didn't work out as planned. They had no reservation for us at all! The staff, also, could have been a bit more welcoming and accommodating. They weren't exactly the friendliest bunch I've met. Unfortunately, they also weren't willing to budge on my "FREE" late checkout that was offered through the booking site. It's a real bummer when things don't go smoothly. Despite the service hiccup, the overall condition of the hotel was impressive. Would book here again in a heartbeat!

Good choice for our trip!
Pros:

Nice, newer hote close to the freeway and shopping, restaurants, etc. Large, clean room with lots of outlets! Full breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff, very clean. Will stay again!

Pros:

I really liked the breakfast options. There was a lot to choice from. The room was very nice and big. The pool was great!

Cons:

The bed in the sofa was very bad. Did not sleep well on that. Also very noisy neighbors and can really hear everything going on in the hallway.

Very nice hotel. My granddaughter really enjoyed the slide
Pros:

Nice room and pool area with hot tub and slide. The breakfast was excellent, it had both waffles and pancakes. Wide variety of selections.

Cons:

Hot tub was hot, but no bubbles. Price for the room was really high since there was a wrestling tournament in Fargo. Room had a few patched areas on the wall that needed to be painted, and there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom where the door stop hits. I told the person at the desk when I checked out.

Pros:

Great location and breakfast. Excellent cleanliness.

Cons:

The air conditioning either blasts or limps along—no consistency.
Price was outrageously high but busy season. Not a lot of eating close.

A Great Place to Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The newly renovated property was clean, smelled fresh, and our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great hot water. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. The staff was friendly, provided great customer service, and made us feel welcome. We highly recommend this motel and would definitely stay here again :)
