Location unbeatable! Small details on cleanliness and air conditioning could be improved
Pros:

Fantastic location!!! Everything walkable around Hongdae

Buffet breakfast was great

Cons:

Floors were very dirty in the entire hotel, especially lobby area with lots of dust , dirt and hair all over the floor that didn’t seem to be cleaned out entire stay.

20th floor room was extremely hot even with the aircon on the lowest 19 setting, the room couldn’t get bellow 23 and it made it almost unbearable to sleep. Hotel staff were lovely and sent up someone to look into the roof to fix it but the remaining 3 nights were still the same temperature.
I would definitely ask for a lower level to see if that was cooler.

Stylisches, feines Hotel
Pros:

Ein sehr stylisches Hotel mit exzellentem Service und guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind wie alles, sehr modern und haben ein schönes, großes Bad. Das Frühstück hatte ein großes Angebot an europäischen und asiatischen Speisen. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Die Gegend hat sehr viele Restaurants und ist quirlig.

hotel experience of my dreams <3
Pros:

truly the best hotel experience of my life. the staff went above and beyond for me - i arrived early before check in and left my bags with the front desk. once i came back to complete my check in, the hotel had upgraded me to the most incredible room and already had my bags moved in. every staff member was kind and attentive. the room was so beautiful and comfortable. super clean with great facilities. this was honestly a splurge over my normal budget but it was worth every penny! i hope to come back and stay again :)

Pros:

Cool hotel in a great location. Spacious and comfortable room. Nice bathroom!

Cons:

The cleaning was so so. We had to ask to clean the dust in our room. Breakfast is ok, but don’t count on a big selection of fruits or yogurts etc.

Lovely hotel in Seoul
Pros:

great location near Hongik University metro stop making it easy to get around the city. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Very well equipped gym on site and lovely roof top bar. Amazing breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Check in took a long time due to only 2 staff on duty. Wifi only available on a Westin public wifi app.
