I won’t choose this hotel again.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

The TV can’t function but just a decoration. Customer Service team’s reply is ‘official‘ and very disappointing.

Luxe in centre if Hongdae, exceptional Staff
Pros:

The staff was exceptional, really helpful at the ground level helping with directions and bus timetable. Especially a young man who was very helpful and even told us eta on next airport bus.
The room itself is very comfortable and well styled. The location is right in the middle of Hongdae.

Cons:

The place did not have any coin laundry to give the option of self laundry service. Would be nice to have this facility.

Pros:

Loved the location. The room was spacious and very clean. The view of hongdae and the river from our window was lovely.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing but I think the beds and pillow could be a bit more comfortable other than that everything was great.

Comfortable, as always
Pros:

Good location, a nice walk to nearby wonderful bars, cafes and shopping.
Interesting room styling and good space for luggage. Staff were very helpful in organising a car for us to the airport. The service was as high quality as I have come to expect from the Autograph Collection hotels.

下次如果再住弘大商圈，我應該還是會選RYSE
Pros:

飯店的地理位置很好，附近餐廳及商店可近性高。房間的隔音還蠻不錯的。1樓的藍瓶咖啡再加分。有浴缸很棒，但最後一兩天的水溫不是很穩定，可能需要再注意一下喔

床的尺寸應該可以再大一些

feel safe and happy every time I choose to stay here.
Pros:

The staff are always lovely, the place is clean with a nice scent, and it’s conveniently located.

Cons:

I used to stay here back when there were even more amenities. If possible, I’d like to suggest bringing back complimentary drinking water.
