Perfect location, mismanaged
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect

Cons:

The facilities were relatively fine but the staff and management felt below average from what you expect from Seoul.

Several occurencesillustrate the issues:
* The sheets were replaced and room vacuumed only once a week and only after we asked. That's frankly unacceptable.

* We asked for a fork at reception so we can eat there and were told it can only be given to us in our room. Acceptable but strict.

* We were given a cake on the first day, but it was spoiled. Nearly vomitted.

* Laundary service is extremely costly. The price of landering a single shirt is the price of that shirt in the shops outside. (Go to a laundermat)

Overall the hotel's saving grace is its perfect location, it feels like it lacks a firm and experienced manager which motivates the staff.

I would unfortunately not recommend at my price.

An amazing hotel in the perfect location!
Pros:

The property was clean, big room, the breakfast selection was amazing! I think the hotel is well placed and a few steps away from Hongdae shopping street. The staff were amazing. We had an issue with our bags at the airport and they were kind enough to assist us.

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was stylish, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room, and friendly staff. I stayed in an Editor’s Room and really enjoyed the design and overall atmosphere. The Marshall speaker was a nice touch. Perfect location for exploring Hongdae.
