To był już czwarty raz w tym hotelu i było jak zawsze bez najmniejszych niespodzianek. Kompetentny personel, szybka obsługa i pomoc jeżeli takiej potrzebowałem.

Gdy po koncercie na który specjalnie przyjechaliśmy z Poznania do Warszawy około godziny 1 w nocy wrocvolismy do hotelu okazało się, ze mamy zablokowany dostęp do pokoju i naszych rzeczy. po zejściu do recepcji okazało się ze podczas płacenia za nocleg obsługa hotelu popełniła błąd i policzyła nam 20 zł za mało. obsługa oczekiwała ze o 1 w nocy będę wracał do nich z pokoju z karta spółki i dopłacał to 20 zł, co zrobiłem oczywiście dopiero rano. sytuacja arcy kuriozalna i dramatyczna - nie polecam.
