Cons:

Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z personelem hotelu, który nie obsługuje swoich gości. Musiałam sama targać dwie duże i ciężkie walizki. Obsługa tylko patrzyła na mnie a na moje pytanie, czy ktoś może mi pomóc, odpowiedziała, że nie mają takiej usługi. Z nicym nie byli pomocni. Mogliby równie dobrze pracować w sklepie zamiast w hotelu. Nie wiedzą nawet, ile może kosztować taksówka na lotnisko, bo jak usłyszałam "nie jeżdżą taksówkami na lotnisko" a jest to hotel w centrum stolicy.
