Pros:

Everything about the property was great! We specifically chose this hotel because we had stayed here before and an excellent stay. However, we arrived 2 hours early and checked in with the hotel staff to see if the rooms could be ready earlier but we were told that all rooms were being cleaned at the moment and that the rooms would most likely be ready 30 minutes after the check-in time. We told staff that we’d be back by check-in. When we returned, we checked in with staff and we were told that the rooms were not ready so we told them we’d wait in the lobby. Moments later, a large group arrived to check in and we overheard them asking to change their original double rooms for king rooms which happened to be the very same room that we were waiting for and thought surely they’d also have to wait. However, staff immediately started to pass out keys to the very same rooms we were told weren’t ready! We were upset and immediately demanded that we get checked in since we had been waiting far ahead of the group. We felt disgusted and disappointed and couldn’t help but feel that we had been discriminated against by staff.

Location well lit

Cons:

Floors were filthy and the room smelled like a wet mildew towel. We woke with persistent cough and scratchy throats from what had to be mold. Like seriously someone should check on this.

Stay was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable, would at this location again in the future.
Pros:

Loved the location; was done the road from where we were attending a wedding and loved that I had a Walmart in the backyard.
