Great Stay!
Pros:

Everything was great! When my child left her Phone in the room after we checked out, I received a call from the front desk about it. We were able to turn around and get the phone back!

Cons:

There was nothing that I disliked about the hotel. Please let the staff know to keep up the great work! Please don't change anything that you are currently doing!

I just adjusted my stay and I expected more better

Location and brand new feel and the breakfast

Cons:

The hotel room, room 324, had several issues: the AC was not working, there was no fan in the toilet, and when I used the toilet, water overflowed from the floor to the room floor. In the morning, I reported these issues to the front desk and the person in charge, but they did not offer any compensation upon checkout. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the facilities were neat and clean, appearing brand new. It was a one-night stay, and I checked in late, feeling too tired to complain, so we just adjusted.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Paulette and the other front desk staff are amazing. They give free cookies (baked fresh everyday) and dog treats at the desk. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean.

Relaxing and excellent!!!
Pros:

This hotel was great, clean, comfortable beds, staff was so kind, breakfast was excellent, great location, would definitely stay here again!!

Clean, and quiet . Not to far from downtown.

Cons:

Wish I would’ve stayed on a floor other than the first floor with my dog. I didn’t seem cameras in the hallway which would’ve made me feel safer
