Bummed at the price I paid for the quality.
Pros:

Super convenient location. HEB & Walmart right across the highway!

Cons:

There was a smell once you got out of the elevators. Like mildew. I asked for extra pillows and didn’t receive them. Quality definitely was not what I was expecting from HIE

Pros:

Breakfast not very good. Were out of some things .

Cons:

The bed had a broken spring or something and every time you moved it made a loud metallic sound. Tv didn’t work when we first got there . No coffee pot in room.

Pros:

Kamers waren ruim het bed was goed en ondanks het feit dat het dicht bij de interstate 31 zit, merkte je daar weinig van.
parkeerplek voldoende maar dat is bij Amerikaanse hotels altijd ruim aanwezig.

Cons:

Ontbijt, was niet veel, weet het, het is Amerikaans, maar wat er was werd nauwelijks aangevuld, vermoedelijk door personeelsgebrek. Daardoor werden de kamers ook niet schoongemaakt, ben daar 7 nachten gebleven maar 2 keer schoongemaakt, maar je betaald wel de volle mep.
Verder werd er zomaar extra zo'n $ 700 extra afgeschreven van je creditcard door het hotel, daar hebben we melding van gedaan bij de receptie, die zouden het terug storten, maar dat duurt dan zo'n 3 dagen, waar je dan geen beschikking over had gedurende die tijd... Al met al, volgende keer boeken we een ander in de buurt.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did what they could to appease me, by their error.

Cons:

I was assigned a room, trekked up to the room and it hadn't been cleaned up from the prior person. I went back downstairs and told the desk person. Long story short, they assigned me a suite. It appeared to be clean and everything was in order. Until I was ready to go to bed, if I hadn't been so tired, I would have demanded they put clean sheets on it. Instead, I put the top sheet back down and covered up with the bedspread folded over. It was ridiculously expensive for a room that I could have gotten way cheaper some place else. I will not be returning to that particular hotel ever again!!

The hotel smelled bad as you walked in. It was worse in the room. We had to buy air freshener.
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

Bathtub was very slippery, I felt and hurt my self. Also, the bedframe on the bed was sticking out about 6 inches off at the end of the bed, foot end.
Breakfast was so bad, we had to request to get fresh eggs, sausage and potatoes. They were hard and dry.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the closet space was nice and the ac was exceptional night staff was friendly but morning staff not so much

The breakfast wasn't up to standard the cinnamon buns and biscuits were hard and there juice machine was broken as well as no pancakes the pool was dirty and had trash and the shower door kept coming off the rail as well as no trash bags in the trash bins
