Our stay was very disappointing. There was hair in both beds, and one bed even had a footprint on the sheets, making it seem like they had not been properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, the air conditioning barely worked, and the TV in the living room never worked, so my children couldn’t use it. The elevator was dirty and did not operate properly. Staff were mopping without placing wet floor signs, creating a safety hazard. We were also given the wrong customer service phone number, and the front desk employee was rude and unhelpful. At checkout, we waited over 15 minutes just to print receipts, and then we were told we couldn’t receive one because we booked through Booking.com, which was very frustrating.

The room smelled like hot shower. They dont air out the rooms and you can smell it. Rhe pillows look nice and fluffy and when you lay down on them, you loterally sink in. The beds made so much noise. The springs in both the beds were so loud with every movement. The dumpster outside was overflowing with trash. I found a cochroach in the room. We asked for towels to be brought to our room and no one came. The doors were hard to open and you would have to pull them hard to close. Their were lots of flies in the dinning area because of the door to the parking lot by the pool not being closed properly. Again, you had to pull it hard to close. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Our trash was piled up before we left. Not sure if we had to call for them to come check our room.

The elevator takes much longer to open and close, and it’s also slow to reach each floor. It needs an update!

Breakfast wasn’t a good quality.

Smell in elevator, and lobby, was like smelling weird

Room was FILTHY. Common areas such as elevators - filthy. Breakfast bar was the worse I have ever experienced. No fruit, waffle machine broken, coffee area dirty, homeless come in for breakfast, my room key was not working on the work out area and no one was at the desk to let me in. No Cleaning service. Elevator stopped working our last night. Horrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE.

There was a smell once you got out of the elevators. Like mildew. I asked for extra pillows and didn’t receive them. Quality definitely was not what I was expecting from HIE

No one came in to empty trash except day before I left.

The bed had a broken spring or something and every time you moved it made a loud metallic sound. Tv didn’t work when we first got there . No coffee pot in room.
