Awesome place - polite staff and superb customer service

Hotel is dated and needs an upgrade the rooms were dirty and shower not working. Staff were friendly, they had a group of MPs when we were staying so service was affected

Waiters at the Zodiac cafe were extremely pleasant and polite with their service,
Namely Remi, Arti,mehul, Ankita.
We will definitely come stay at Your Hotel again

Very convenient location. Well maintained property

Great location within easy reach of city centre and shopping options.

The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout. Special mentions for Aamir and Anil in the reception.

Very good property in terms of location, service quality, appointment of rooms, food quality and tariff. Only downside is the bill of fare at the restaurant. It exceeds the best fine dining restaurants and blow a hole in the pocket in case one stays for 3-4 days.

Excellent value for Money

The property isn’t kept upto standard of an Itc hotel. Room bedding was unchanged and dirty. Found stained dirty bath towel. Wasn’t pleased with the overall hotel quality rating, felt like a 2 star hotel.

Management wasn’t too responsive or apologetic when provided feedback on the quality.

Stay was good. Overall cleanliness was good. Nice spread of breakfast.

Overpriced for the facilities available in the hotel. Lift is old and need urgent attention. It’s in a good location, food is good but at this price there are a lot better options

Great stay and services.

Overall our stay and the services during our stay were very good. Though it is an older hotel, our room was clean to the par, had to ask for an iron and an ironing board and also had to ask for a box of tissue papers. We didn’t find a laundry bag either. All this seem little bit odd. Apart from that staff was fantastic and polite. Wake up calls were in time and all the reminders were executed well. Over all a very good stay.

Stayed at this property before, it is the staff at the desk I feel don't do enough; not welcoming enough, seem only interested in doing their job as a duty it is a task, and the service staff crowd you when checking in checking out, the door man and anyone near by! There is only so many people you need to carry your luagge, two bags don't require two people, the property is good value for money, best services was breakfast 5/5 for the in dinning

Run down property claiming high rating but it is not worth.
During my stay housekeeping was not done when I was away. All days during my stay Me and my daughter have to stay in the lobby for them to clean rooms after we comeback to hotel.

Security is a biggest concern. Their lift does not have a key access, any one can get in on the guest floors. I had a perfect stranger ( Not a staff) ringing my bell and when I asked him why he was disturbing me he approached to my daughter's room and I have to stop him. I called front desk and they sent me Housekeeping manager to investigate after almost 30 minutes.
I paid for the Club room, but surprisingly there is no club lounge.
None of the manager's are available on duty after several complaint I found some manager who tried to resolve the issues, by giving me excuses.
Staff is extremely rude and rough. I do not know How do they claim Five star rating this property is not even worth 3 star.
Food is very expensive compare to other hotel I stayed in Ahmedabad during my visit in Dec. Also my daughter got sick in stomach after eating Chicken from the hotel .

Please do not consider this hotel at all. I will never stay at this location.

The staff here is courteous and very cooperative. The unique feature is they welcome all the guests with Namaste with a smiling face which makes the guests feel instant welcome.
