Pros:

Rooms set up.nice. And the counter staff are very polite and good customer service.

Cons:

Some guests just open and close their doors very loudly. Either you can place a sticker on the closed door with care.
Also the door closer can be adjusted This is not a complaint just an idea to improve customers satisfaction.
Very nice hotel . Great value and the location

good for just to crash and sleep.
Pros:

location and service. good staff and courtesy. Replaced lost keycard for free. regular room cleaning and replacements. clean surroundings.

Cons:

although good location but feels too far from Nana BTS due to the heat and cramped road we have to take. and free ride to NANA BTS is a dice roll. I was able to get only 1 ride out of 4 attempts to ride. they say to wait or no driver, although I saw some other customer driven even when out of fixed times. No dental and shaving kit provided but thankfully 7/11 is just a jump away. Breakfast has very limited options, definitely not international if you ask me but good attempt to be 1.
