The staff were extremely nice and polite. Good bang for your buck. Despite it being an older hotel the rooms are kept modern and clean.
They advertise free breakfast but are often out of basic items & that's if they even have breakfast at all.
It was quiet and you could walk downtown and not be hassled

The clerk at the desk was very nice. Easy to check in, easy to check out.
The room had everything I needed.
I think the first part for a girl traveler is the safety, it’s close to downtown so there’s homeless there. While they were nice to me, I did think what if my car will be messed with.
Surprisingly, the night was very quiet. The bed sheet wasn’t the cleanest, some dark like charcoal dust on it, so I slept on top of the blanket:)
I think the only other thing I would not be ok with is the roach that I found that morning in my room, other than that it wasn’t the worst place.

It was awesome the person working the front counter with Lulu was great. She remembered me from 5 years ago when I traveled with my cat dozer. Very friendly woman thank you very much.

It was run down , the fridge and the bathroom were dirty, the room was missing amenities -no coffee maker, no ice bucket or cups , ripped and dirty towels ,noisy upstairs quests, overall it was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in

You get your deposit back when you check out
No towels no lamps 2 electrical outlets one was for the and fridge and if you wanted to use the microwave you had to unplug the tv or the fridge no remote for the tv and no breakfast as advertised
My room was clean, in good condition, well outfitted
Cramped room. Noisy location. Loose dogs on premises. Smoking on premises. The room above me apparently lacked carpet and had a person with hard heels, moving about constantly and making other noises--I only got 6 hrs. of sleep (11-5).

First off I want to say this is the best bargain in town. All the front desk every single one of them are the best in their customer service that I've ever seen and I've been working in hotels and restaurants for 30 years. Manager Heidi is on it man if there's unwanted people going into the parking lot of the room she is on it you can feel safe and comfortable here. Her husband does maintenance and I believe he does it just because his wife is a manager because he works two other jobs. And the management here have hired on people that really need work and they are hard workers helped them to get their life back together and get on their feet again and it reflects in the work that they show and they do this is a great place to stay.
