I had an unexpected layover in Albuquerque and ended up staying at Days Inn by Wyndham Albuquerque Downtown—and I’m genuinely grateful that I did.
Travel disruptions can be stressful, but Heidi completely changed that experience for me. From the moment I arrived, she treated me with kindness, patience, and a level of professionalism that truly stood out. She made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, and her positive attitude immediately put me at ease after a long and uncertain travel day.
What really made the difference was her genuine hospitality. Heidi didn’t just do her job—she made me feel like a valued guest during a moment when I needed it most. That kind of care is rare and deserves recognition.
Because of her, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a comfortable and even pleasant stay. I’m incredibly thankful for her presence and the way she represents the hotel.
If management is reading this—Heidi is a standout team member and a true asset to your property.
Thank you again, Heidi!
Muy viejo
Muy viejo ,le hace falta mucho mantenimiento
Good location freindly staff decent rate
No large towels to dry mop buckets outside my door
All
Location is scary plus people lived around were very intimidating
The customer service (Heidi) was amazing and sweet!
Literally everything else. It was extremely dirty. Everything had yellow and black stains. The non smoker room smelled like smoke. The walls are things so I heard our neighbors talk from 2am-4am. The location is awkward and has loud cars all over. If it wasn’t for Heidi having great customer care, I would’ve gave this place 0/10
No ice bucket, and no cups.. everything else was good. Oh, except the $100 cash only deposit no one tells you about.
The location of the hotel is great. When we arrived it took 20 minutes to get checked in. Which is fine, I understand long and busy nights. However, I am glad that we only stayed a night as we were just passing through. When we got into our hotel room at first, it was pleasing. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel room. Just a place to rest our heads to continue our journey. Stains all over the sheets and of course after a long road trip I needed to use the restroom, could I? No. The toilet looked like an entire roll had been flushed in the toilet. I ended up driving to a nearby gas station so I could use the restroom. I came back and showered and attempted to go to bed. The walls are paper thin; we could hear tvs, people walking around for hours, noises we didn’t need to hear. Hoping to get a decent nights rest… ended up no sleep. If you stay here I recommend ear plugs and a plunger. May not be needed, but it’s best to have a solution.
Nothing
Dogs are pooping in the parking lot, not safe in rooms, sheets look like they haven't been changed, requested 100 dollar cash, made me use ATM that has extra charge
