This Gala dinner event will take place in Chi Restaurant (the main restaurant of the property).
We welcome dogs and cats, with a maximum of two pets per room. Pets are only allowed in the Anantara Explorer Suite room type. An additional fee of USD 65 net per pet, per night applies. A refundable deposit of USD 250 per pet is also required to cover any potential damage to the guest room. This deposit will be returned at check-out, provided no damage is found. We stayed at the anantara for our Cambodia detour trip for three nights, we had the Sothea suite and it’s super spacious and our corner felt very private thanks to the frangipane tree to break the view. I need to mention that the room is tired (stained grouting and yellowing flush plates kind of a thing) but compared to other 5 star hotels in the area we’re still happy with our choice. Another area of improvement is the restaurant, menu is too long, portions are too big (we’re two guys) so I think it’s a place that value quantity over quality. But still compared to the other hotel we’d stay here again! Temple tour highly recommended too! And if you want to have a great meal go for tasting menu at Kroya but sleep here as the bed is truly the most comfortable we had on our trip through south east Asia!

1. На сайте указан способ оплаты кредитной картой - но на самом деле просят наличные по приезде. Никакие аргументы не работают, они буквально выставили ультиматум: либо плати наличными, либо отменим бронь с 100% штрафом. Все эти слова были намазаны толстым слоем извинений и сожалений, которые просто прикрывали жажаду наживы отеля чтобы не платить налоги, имхо. Российские карты здесь не работают, и они прекрасно это знают, но заранее не предупредили, они видели что имя на карте и имя гостя не соответствуют, тем не менее проигнорировали это, дождавшись пока мы прилетим и начали шантажировать, по другому это не назвать.
2. Отель далеко от центра. Любая поездка туда, где интересно - 15 минут на автомобиле. Доставка еды очень дорогая так же.
3. Персонал необученный, на сообщения не отвечают часами, а иногда сутками. Первое сообщение было написано мной по поводу оплаты еще до вылета - в понедельник, а ответили они на него только в среду, когда было уже очень поздно (сохранил скриншоты).
4. Менеджер мягко намекнул, что проблема русских туристов с их банковскими картами - это их проблемы. Это было сказано в телефонном разговоре. У него задача - забрать наличные и не важно что у нас такой суммы нет, так как мы её уже передали человеку, который бронировал. Они говорят что не хотят нарушать права третьих лиц, при том что они уже нарушили права своих клиентов. Человек, который указал свою карту при бронировании на букинге готов был предоставить все свои документы, а букинг мог подтвердить, что эта карта не украдена и она используется на этом аккаунте уже 3 года, но ему на это наплевать, так как проблемы россиян с банковскими картами его не волнуют, а мы вынуждены были пойти продать один из телефонов чтобы оплатить проживание. Что ж, менеджер Sokunthea Chan, твой план сработал.
5. Вечером шумно.

Excellent staff and location for exploring. Rooms are very large and well appointed. Plentiful breakfast. Highly recommend.
We recently spent four beautiful nights at the Anantara Angkor Resort along with three other couples. The facility, with an interior courtyard pool, is beautiful. The accommodations and staff were wonderful and every request was met with courtesy and an immediate response. It is difficult to call out any particular highlight because the front desk, bell staff, concierge, maid service, restaurant and spa services were exemplary. That said, the restaurant and spa were exceptional and made the stay seamless.
The public areas, staff and food here are absolutely excellent - nothing is too much trouble and any queries are resolved immediately and willingly. The hotel has a very relaxed feel though be aware that it is directly adjacent to the Angkor Eye. No noise but quite imposing to see if you seek a less 'developed' vibe.
The facilities are excellent, lovely spacious bedroom and bathroom. The staff are all exceptional, polite, friendly and helpful. The pool area is great
It was an exceptional stay from the pick up at the airport to our arrival at the hotel. The staffs were extremely helpful when needed help or guidance, remembering our names and always making sure we are ok. The hotel room and bed was great, the pool was nice and quiet, the dining area was very accommodative and other amenities was available sufficiently. Overall would recommend again.
Excellent hotel In a quiet place of the City. Stuff is always smily, kind and helpful! Rooms are In best quality, comfortable, airy, bathroom is beautiful! I recommend this place for pairs and familes too! The kitchen is great, local and itl food, fantastic staff!
About 1 hour's drive from the airport. The location is not quite as green and tranquil as I had expected — outside the city, but the center reachable by tuk-tuk in 10–15 minutes for less than 2.50 USD. Very friendly and warm welcome; as a welcome gesture, they placed a scarf around my neck and washed my feet. Large room with a lot of mahogany wood, a beautiful antique-style vanity, functional and excellent shower with good water pressure and high-quality amenities. Sleep quality good to very good — cotton bedding, topper (a bit too soft for my taste) but without any plastic underlays.
Breakfast performance outstanding: Attractive presentation, nothing dried out or looking tired, bread quality good, freshly prepared egg dishes, fine noodle soup on request, very tasty ripe fruit, wide variety of freshly squeezed juices, and a jasmine tea that I absolutely loved. Impeccable attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Was a real pleasure to have breakfast there. In contrast, my visit to the restaurant on one evening was more disappointing. The ox cheeks I ordered were full of gristle.
Organization of tours: Requested two or three days in advance that the main temple visits (Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, Banteay Kdei, Banteay Srei, Preah Khan, and Ta Prohm) be arranged by car on two separate days. On the first day I broke off the excursion because the guide’s English was too poor. The hotel generously responded to immediately provide a different guide the next day, without charging the costs, except for the tuk-tuk. The 2nd guide came across as significantly better in terms of knowledge and English language capabilities. With him, the quite strenuous (due to the heat) temple visits were interesting, educational and quite entertaining. Highly recommend visiting Ta Prohm late in the afternoon as your last stop – for the best photos. Thank you Sinan!
Overall: a very good stay at the Anantara. Many services of high to very high quality, though priced in the upper-high range but worth it!
We only had 2 days in Siem Reap and needed to make the most of it. The resort is beautiful and restful, and all of the excursion they planned were perfect. We chose the trip to some outlying temples, Angkor Wat at dawn, and sunset on a private boat on the lake. Our private guide was superb (same one for all 3 tours) and we learned a tremendous amount. The location is removed from the hubbub and the room spacious , beautiful, and spotless. We had a private dinner (with wine pairing) and shadow puppet show. The food was great (we could select our own menu) and it was a perfect ending to our first day. All the staff were friendly and helpful, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay.
We loved our time at Anantara! We were only here for 2 nights but it was an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful and kind, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the pool area was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. Overall a very restful experience, we’d love to come back

This place was awesome . The staff and hospitality some do the warmest and friendliest I’ve ever had staying at a resort . We were lucky enough to have most of the place tour ourselves over a week which was incredible. It’s a little out of the city centre but that adds to the charm and serenity
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on our SE Asia adventure to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was the best decision, ever!! Hospitality is key here, and we had the most amazing team catering to our specific needs. What an amazing property and the most kind staff. Thank you again for taking such good care of us. Cheers!!
The Anantara has been a haven of tranquillity in a busy place . I call it a boutique luxury hotel with 39 rooms. We stayed 3 nights and have enjoyed it immensely. The bed was and pillows are as good as you could ever want. The restaurant offers a great range of Cambodian cuisine and European dishes. We only ate Cambodian which was delicious the lovely pool area had comfortable beds and excellent poolside food services. The butler and teams arranged a private tour to Angkor Wat at dawn and the guide was incredibly knowledgeable. There was nothing they couldn’t sort for us and every person was so friendly and welcoming. Would come back in a shot. Luckily we are off to Anantara Mui Ne next in Vietnam.

Мы брали большой номер, с 2-мя спальнями ( были с детьми)- шикарный номер! Даже есть отдельная комната для массажа! Каждый день отель проводил разные мероприятия, помогал с трансфером, экскурсиями и организации досуга. Придумывал разные сюрпризы для наших детей! Вечером можно заказать ужин с шоу танцев, либо просто провести винную дегустацию.
Потрясающий спа! Хорошая еда в ресторане. Создается впечатление, что в отеле вы одни и всё внимание только вам! Нам очень всё понравилось!
Отель маленький, гулять негде, сюда приезжают только для осмотра Ангкор Вата.
Так же не советую брать индивидуальную экскурсию от отеля на ферму лотоса. Немного не стоит своих денег. Но это конечно же не вина отеля, они всего лишь посредники в данном случае.
Так же немного медлительный персонал в ресторане, не всегда понимают английский.
Но это всё мелочи!
Très belle décoration, équipement des chambres partait et personnel extrêmement attentif, efficace et sympathique. Il faut aussi souligner la qualité de la cuisine et sa variété.
