Szép helyen van, az épületben tisztaság, kitűnő konyha. A masszázs a szállodákban megszokotthoz képest profibb volt Enikő nevű hölgy esetében.

Cons:

A medencéket alaposabban takaríthatnák. Az úszómedence vize elég hideg, kevesen használják. Egy napig karbantartás volt a termál medencénél, nem volt használható.

simply excellent stay with family and kid, enjoyed it a lot, great stuff and facilities, tasty food!
Pros:

This was one of the best experiences in hotels we had as a family. super clean, great friendly stuff. nice programs for kids and really clean playground and playroom. i highly recommend it for families with kids. it was simply fantastic to be there and we will for sure come back.

Egy kellemes hétvégét töltöttünk Tiszafüreden.
Pros:

A szoba jól felszerelt, kényelmes, a fürdő részleg kiváló, az étterem is megfelelő.

Cons:

A foglalás lemondása esetén is a teljes költséget kell fizetni! Bárkivel előfordulhat, hogy előre nem látható esemény miatt kénytelen a foglalást lemondani. A szállás költség kifizetése indokolt lehet, de az el nem fogyasztott étkezést is kifizettetni nem barátságos gesztus!
A vacsoránál sok féle meleg étel közül lehetett választani, de hideg választék nem volt. Gondolni kellene azokra az (idős) vendégekre is, akik este már nem akarnják egy komplet meleg vacsorával terhelni a gyomrukat.
A meleg medence külső lépcsője mellé indoklt lenne korlátot elhelyezni.

A szállás rendkívüli,de elég lazán kezelnek mindent.

A kinti medencénél napozó ágyaknál nincs kialakítva egy dohányzó sarok,mindenki össze vissza vágott.
