Nagyon kedves személyzet, akár a fő recepción, akár a spa-ban, akár az étteremben. Finom és bőséges reggeli és vacsora. A szolgáltatások száma végtelen, nagyon kellemes masszázson és arckezelésen vettünk részt. Úgy fürdeni a kinti termálvizes medencében, hogy közben csodálod a természetet…nagyszerű látvány! Ha bentre szorul az ember a rossz idő miatt, számos játékot játszhat és biztosan mindenki talál magának megfelelő elfoglaltságot! Jó meleg volt az egész hotelben. Még visszatérünk! ☺️

Az erkélyek lehetnének olyan tetővel ellátva, ami nem ázik be, mert az ember még az esőt hallgatva is kiülne a teraszra, iszogatni, pihenni.

Ételek finomak, a gyerek szoba is kíváló!

A tisztaság!
A medencék kifolyó részei borzalmasan néznek ki és már szaguk is van!
Ezen mindenképp változtatnék, mert maga a szállás szuper és dolgozok is profik! Főleg az animátor csapat!

Pros:

4 évvel ezelőtt jártunk itt először, most voltunk másodjára és imádtuk minden percét. Aki szeretné hol elvarázsolódjon egy kis időre, válassza a Balneum Hotelt. A személyzet nagyon figyelmes és a helyszín is csodálatos. Gyermekkel is remek választás, teljesen jól felszerelt szálloda.
