Hotel has an amazing location. Definitely get a city view of the walls. Can be a bit noisy from outside noise. Also rooms are a bit dated. Overall great stay and value for money.

Every thing is very good
Overall a comfortable and good stay. Staff are friendly and greet you every time they see you. Room is spacious but you may get one that had a cigarette smell..make sure you open the windows to get the smell out. Very close to MRT which is a bonus. But food wise, thats hard to find without walking in early morning. Shopping centre food court dont open until 10am. Definitely value for money. Should consider their breakfast option included in the room rate.
The hotel has a very convenient location, with a few minutes' walk to Yong Ning Men Subway Station. It is easily accessible to a number of places of interest. The staff members are extremely friendly.
Starting at 10 points. -1 for smoking room when asked for non smoking room. -1 for no spa. -1 for too easy to mix up the do not disturb with clean room sign (same colour, seems to override the other do not disturb wall sign). +1 for excellent location. Overall 8/10 is fair. Would have been lower if the manager didn’t sort multiple issues quickly.
Everything was fine. However it could be better if staff was able to speak a little more english. I tried to look for an ATM around and nobody could help me efficiently

The Grand Park Xi’an is very well located in view of the historic South Gate of the old city wall. Our room overlooked the large plaza/traffic circle in front of the gate. There was always something new happening there, from piped music, to actors in period costumes, to fountains and lights. That was fun for us, but if you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs or ask for a room off the plaza; the windows are single pane. The Muslim Quarter is a relatively short walk and the subway #2 line entrance is right across the street. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and the breakfast buffet included a large variety of options to cater international tastes, but overall was ‘meh’, but the location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful, hence the 5-star rating. I would stay there again.
Great location, opposite the wall and close to the Metro and shopping area. Very good service - had problems with noise from construction site late into the night and they immediately upgraded me to a different, quiet room. English can be a challenge, but staff tried very hard and we were able to communicate effectively....
