Very comfortable and friendly hotel to stay in
Pros:

The hotel location is fabulous only 5 minutes walk from the beach with a convenience store nearby (7eleven) which sells anything you may need. The room is very comfortable with good air-con and quiet at night, Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of variety, including fruit and cakes etc. - note the coffee served is to our tastes very weak (typical of all South East Asia)!! The staff are really nice and helpful at all times. There is a swimming pool we didn't use as we prefer the sea.

The beach was across the road and it was a short walk to the main busy areas for the nightlife.
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was large and opened onto the pool. Everything was very clean. The breakfast selection was high and did there was not any need to ask for anything but they would cook certain extras if required. The staff were really friendly and would help with any requests.

Relaxing getaway in the heart of Patong Beach
Pros:

Great beach front location, just down the street from markets and food. The pool is great to relax in and escape the heat. Air cons in the room work great.

Cons:

There was an issue with one of the light switches in the room - it wouldn't turn off unless the key card was removed from the slot. The key card had to be in the slot for the air con to work, so we just slept with the light turned on. Really was not a problem, we had eye masks anyway.

Ideal location - right on the beach, calm & quiet though only 5 min walk from all the happenings.
Good food, ample choices in breakfast.
A nice pool.

Cons:

The hotel could have guided better about car bookings or outings. The travel help corner was almost always empty. When asked about the car booking, the reception asked us to check directly on the roadside. During checkout, the attitude of the cleaning staff was not pleasing. The way she checked for towels was to the level of accusing while all of them were right there.
