Highly recommend
Pros:

After living in Hoboken for many years, my fiancée and I stayed at the W before our recent move to Colorado. I was so blown away by the experience. We were upgraded to a beautifully renovated suite on the river. Upon learning why we were there, the front desk sent up a bottle of Prosecco and very nice note congratulating us on our move. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Pros:

Bem localizada, limpeza ok, tamanho do quarto pequeno e banheiro sem um exaustor, o que não deixa o ambiente agradável.

Cons:

Do tamanho do quarto, do café não ser gratuito em virtude do valor da diária, de falaram que o hotel proporciona uma visão privilegiada de NY, mas nos colocaram num quarto com visão para os fundos e ainda vieram com a conversa de que era uma visão parcial, o que não corresponde a verdade. O valor pago para duas diárias foi exorbitante e não justifica pelo que o hotel entregou em nossa hospedagem

Decent Hotel with a Few Quirks
Pros:

A decent hotel but with some notable quirks that impact the guest experience.

The Positive Points

1. Renovated rooms
2. Nice lobby and lobby bar
3. Good bartender

8. Walkability into town
9. Lost and found recovered an item my spouse dropped. Bravo!

The Quirks and Cons

1. Curtains let in sunlight. They are useless. See image.
2. Service at breakfast is scattered and flaky. As an example, I made 3 requests from 3 staff to get ketchup. It took 7 minutes and my food was cold when I got the ketchup.
3. The receptionist who checked me in was cold and indifferent. No recognition of my Ambassador status and then a surly question of points or breakfast.
4. Housekeeping would not have serviced our room had we not asked them in the hallway. They needed supervisor approval to wit.
5. The living room part of our suite was dark in the evening in that there was very little lighting.

Overall, this is a decent hotel, but it does have some shortcomings.

Overpriced.
Pros:

Overpriced - the rates have nearly doubled in the last year. Do not use the reservation line - they made a mistake and we lost the accessible room needed for a family member post surgery. Reservation staff completely unhelpful.

Great base for Hoboken and Manhattan
Pros:

Great location for getting into Manhattan and exploring Hoboken
Room was good size. Bathroom clean but dated.
Did not use any of the other facilities in the hotel
