Great experience. Wonderful front desk staff, driver, and breakfast attendant. Room was large and clean. Will visit again and will recommend.
We needed a quick stay to catch an early morning flight. Checking in was a breeze, and we headed to our room. The first impression on the room was not expected. It had an overwhelming smell of urine. My daughter walked into the closet area, and he feet squished on the carpet. It was soaked with urine. We were immediately switched to a new room, but we were not offered compensation. Although we booked with a 3rd party, the hotel rep refused any compensation when that 3rd party reached out.
The second room, we discovered as we were going to bed, had dirty laundry hidden on the far side of the room beside the bed. By that point, we were done.
We contacted Hyatt corporate representatives by way of email and have an active case number.
The staff was great enjoyed talking with them. They are a people person, thanks for your kindness

The hotel is a bit dated and really needs a refresh. Our room had at least three issues that made it felt kind of run down. Scratched up woodwork. Stain on the couch. Sink separated from the counter in the bathroom, hanging by the plumbing.
We appreciated the promptness of the staff in moving us to another room when our air conditioner wasn’t working. There was also a small wet area on the carpet, so we were grateful for how quickly the issue was addressed. Thank you for the excellent customer service

Everything was fine
Great room quality & size. The staff was super delightful & helpful. Breakfast was free & yummy with lots of dining areas to sit & enjoy breakfast.
Staff was very polite and accommodating. Room and interior was very clean. Shuttle service to the airport was great.
Nothing
The rooms was old and dated. If the rooms were really clean and well kept I wouldn't complain and the dated room. Carpet has stains in it. The hallways felt like a sauna. The rooms air conditioning was comfortable for a while. The staff wasn't friendly. Staff outside in front of the building smoking thats unprofessional. The manager would not talk to the customer. No one made sure the accommodations were good for example communicate via text at least. Didn't fill my request. I requested my two rooms be close together (side by side). Which I reserved my rooms a month ahead. I would not recommend this hotel by the airport to my worst enemy.
Hotel is great and in great shape. No complaints. I engaged about a dozen staff members during my stay. They were all great and the friendliest and most attentive hotel staff I have ever experienced. Well done.
