Very elusive towels
Pros:

Very spacious room, well equipped for a lengthy stay. Need was comfortable, as was the couch.

Cons:

Hotel was fully booked the entirety of our stay, so we weren't able to check in until almost an hour and a half after the 3 o'clock stated check in. (We were handed our key at 4:20) we requested pool towels the night before an outdoor water excursion and we're notified that there were no pool towels and to just use our regular room towels. When we got back from our outing we requested fresh towels and were told there were none. They gave us bath floor mats x2, and offered us 2 hand towels at one point. The next morning we requested towels again only to be told there still were none, so I had to use the towel from the river excursion. The staff was really nice, but the lack of towels, even though the hotel was full, was really off putting. And we asked so many times that the last time the staff member we asked had been walking back to the front desk and didn't even turn around to address us face to face, just said "Nope, they're still being washed". We might not have asked so many times if they had not told us to "check back in later". Other than the towel thing and waiting for our room to be fully turned over (I'm guessing the towels being laundered was the hold up) the staff was fantastic, friendly and had input on some of the outings we considered which was great. The room was super comfortable and spacious, well equipped for a fantastic stay.

Pros:

The friendless of the last staff when I told her I kept getting chargers of different amounts off 2 of my cards.

Cons:

I paid on booking the $129 before going to the hotel. When I got there they wanted me to pay again. I had to show proof to that I paid. They also tried to take an additional $180 out my account after booking. I had to use another card because they claim I had to pay a $50 refundable fee. I paid that with a different card at 2am they charge my card again for $80. I'm still waiting on a refund. I arrive at 4pm and had to have my name on a list so they can call me when the room was ready . They said it will take 30 minutes from an hour.

Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Airport shuttle included and shuttle provided to take you to dinner ans shopping within a few kms of the hotel. We would stay here again.

Pros:

This survey means that you are wanting to improve. Overall for me and my peers the stay was excellent. We frequent the area every February and have not had an issue. I am a believer to say excellent your expectations have to remain high which leaves room for less quality of service. Keep up the wonderful service in all areas that you are providing.
