Nice area, rude and inconsiderate staff
Pros:

Convent areas around the hotel, (Walmart,bjs,fuel, fast food and sit down restaurants)

Cons:

Staff did not seem to care, over an hour and a half wait for my room to be ready and that’s after the 3pm check in time. Did not get into my room until almost 5pm. Staff didn’t offer anything in the meantime or care to talk to you just would say the room isn’t ready.

Cruisers or other this is the place to stay!
Pros:

The hospitality at this place is unreal! They go out of their way to make your stay the best! There is a gentleman name Mike who drives the shuttle who is amazing! Highly recommend staying here!

Nothing! Everything and everyone was a 10!

Bathroom was VERY small compared to the rest of the room. YOU HAD TO STEP OUT OF THE WAY TO CLOSE THE DOOR. Other than that it was your typical stay.

Cons:

Had a reservation for a room. Check in was at 3pm. Didn't get a room until almost 4 pm. Unacceptable and I will not be going back there.
