I was very comfortable and felt cared for by excellent staff.

The staff! I found the staff to be particularly concerned for my safety and well-being.

The air conditioner did not work well in my room. It should be noted; however, it was replaced as I was leaving.

Amazing Staff

Gross dirty, old, carpet, shower, which was disgusting, dirty and broken blinds, smelled, humid and dirty AC system and will never stay again, let alone the hotel charged my card 4 days before arrival on a Pay At The Property reservation, and charged it a day before the free cancelation was to expire. At 10pm on a Wednesday, there was one single person answering the phone, serving drinks for the bar, and checking people in, and there were 2 or 3 waiting behind us. Never again!!!!!!!!

One of our party went shopping and called for a ride back. Shuttle driver was sent to wrong location. Took over 45 mins to get back to hotel.

Quiet convenient great staff
Pros:

This trip began with loss of a cell phone 5 hour delay at airport rental car not ready waited another hour outside in 95 degree at car park. The staff were exceptional assisting in the return of my phone, their attitudes and helpfulness. The entire front desk crew should be commended for their attitudes and respect. Thank you all!!!

First night was not good (see above)...the second night was fine.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the location was good for our travel purposes. We liked the fact that we were assigned a new room when we requested it the following morning...but we do not understand why we (or anyone) would be assigned a room that known issues with mold.

Cons:

Upon opening the door to our first floor room, there was a strong moldy smell throughout the whole room, especially the bathroom. When requesting a new room the next morning for our second night, we were told that these first floor rooms had smells related to sewage problems from a "private property" next to the hotel. They knew of this problem yet still assigned us a bottom floor room. Why? We were given a room on the third floor the following night and had no problem.
