Disappointed this time.
Pros:

That overworked kitchen lady who busted her butt keeping everything clean and stocked at breakfast. i wish I would have gotten her name.She was awesome and always had a smile

Cons:

The rooms were not ready. The staff was overworked and uncaring. My card was charged 5 times until it locked out
The front desk was more interested in hanging out by the bar than helping people

It was a nice room, nice location, less than a mile from where I needed to go.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area was adequate.

Cons:

When I arrived a little early, the desk clerk took my info and said she would call when the room was ready. She never called. When I returned after 5:00 p.m. the clerk on duty apologized ad offered me a snack of my choice to apologize for her colleagues failure to do as she said she would.

Definitely would stay again, but would not use the terrible sofa bed.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast, clean pool

Cons:

More light in the bathroom/shower area, pull out sofa was terrible with a very thin mattress. My friend woke up with a backache.

Great/Awesome staff!!! They were very helpful and accommodating with aiding me with my Mom in her wheelchair.

It was close to everything.

The handicap bed. Needs to be a little higher to accommodate Hoya lift.
