Relaxing, comfortable, with professional and friendly staff.
Pros:

Pan Pacific Hotel in Melbourne is a luxurious and well appointed hotel. Everything about the stay was easy, relaxing and absolutely perfect for our stop in Melbourne. It was a short stroll away from everything we came to the city for. I can not fault anything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with everything, the food at breakfast was diverse and delicious. I am happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very comfortable room and convenient location. I suggest extra staffing would turn the negative situation around. All

The room was extremely comfortable. The bed was lovely.

Cons:

The breakfast was very inefficient and we opted to miss out on our pre-paid breakfast on several occasions. The weekend service was particularly disappointing. The daily room house keeping was easy to miss out on also with hit and miss service and room replenishing.

Loved it!
Pros:

We love the Level 4 facilities and it genuinely felt like a community gathering.
I think you could add to that feel with a bingo session or games nights or themed nights.
You’ve also got rooms on level 4 where you have a gallery. Why not turn it into a Kids club for when parents go to the 5-7pm sessions. You could add more in the booking price.
Community feel will become more important in the future and you could start up an exclusive club for these people. This includes solo travellers, groups, older couples and families
You could use the level four for cooking demonstrations and classes during the day, based on the cuisines of Melbourne. You could ask top restaurants around you to participate as advertising for them. This can be the same for art classes, craft classes…all types of demonstrations. You could also co-ordinate sightseeing trips run from the hotel and partner with local companies.
One more idea is to have classes in the gym as well. Make them easy, accessible and beginner.
The whole emphasis moving forward is creating COMMUNITY
