Perfect for comic con despite dated TV system
Pros:

It was very fancy I haven’t been to a hotel with such nice staff and the room was amazing

Cons:

The TV system is a bit dated by today’s Standards I wanted to watch a movie with my partner other hotels I’ve been to nowadays have Netflix stan and prime so I thought it’d be no different granted you can cast your phone to screen but it’s a major inconvenience when everyone is doing it at the same time cause you end up getting locked out until other people are off of it

Outstanding Front Desk Team: A special mention goes to the incredible front desk staff who made the stay memorable from the very first interaction: Stephani, Camille, and Kristofer — warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their hospitality sets the tone for the entire hotel.

Exceptional Service Throughout the Hotel: The service across the property is consistently excellent, thanks to a dedicated team each of them contributed to a smooth, friendly, and welcoming stay. Their attention to detail and kindness truly stand out.
Breakfast at Pan Pacific Melbourne is a delight: Wei, Avishka, May, Binuri, Edi they are very professional. Mukesh prepare a perfectly fluffy omelette that quickly becomes a favourite. A special mention goes to Alice, who was exceptionally polite and attentive and show us what we need in order to have a delicious breakfast. Jennifer serves tea with such care and precision that it elevates the whole breakfast experience.
Dock 37 Bar & Kitchen — Excellent Dining at Dock 37 The team — Melissa every time a warm welcome and profesional services, Vivien, Silvye, and Toni — deliver warm, polished service that makes every meal enjoyable.
Dinner is a standout experience: The oyster starter is fresh and beautifully presented. The fish dishes are cooked with finesse. The pasta is an exquisite choice — rich, flavourful, and perfectly balanced.

Room & View: Our room offers a beautiful view of the city, especially at night when Melbourne lights up. It’s comfortable, clean, and designed for a relaxing stay.
