Wonderful stay
Pros:

Another wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Melbourne. We stayed in both the Yarra and Panoramic Suites, which are very spacious and comfortable. Wonderful area, right near the Wharf and DFO. food has been fabulous and we especially loved our host, Jess, in the Club Lounge. Perfect coffee and service with a lovely smile every time.

Amazing experience.
Pros:

The staff were the stand out for us.
The kindness we received from reception and check in was just the beginning. The friendliness and efficiency of the breakfast staff was amazing and the best of all was Jean and Jennifer who made our high tea experience the most outstanding and special experience.
They are the most amazing staff members and are such a bonus to your hotel. A big heartfelt thank you especially to those two.

Exceptional Service
Pros:

My law firm has had an exceptional experience in booking multiple rooms with Pan Pacific Melbourne, notably by reservations team member Nicole. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very accommodating to our needs. We were considering a different hotel as we needed a greater lounge area for communal gatherings, but we have decided to stay with Pan Pacific Melbourne due to their outstanding service. We cannot highly recommend them enough.

We booked this hotel for its convenient location and buffet breakfast while celebrating our two-year-old son’s birthday in the city, and it exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was fantastic — and the waffles were absolutely delicious! The omelettes were amazing too. The restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They continuously ensured everything was clean, tidy, and well-stocked, with food stations being refilled promptly throughout breakfast service.

One thing that really stood out, and something you don’t often find in hotels, was the fresh juice station. Alongside a great variety of juices, there was an impressive selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, including carrots, celery, apples, and oranges, as well as a large cold-press juicer where guests could make their own favourite juice combinations. It was such a thoughtful touch and made breakfast even more enjoyable.

As a family travelling with a toddler, we really appreciated the thoughtful touches. The high chair came complete with a children’s plate, bowl, and cutlery set, which made mealtime much easier.

Our room was spotless, cosy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor issue was that the cot hadn’t been set up in our room before our arrival. However, once we informed the staff, they arranged it within about 30 minutes, which we appreciated.

The location was another highlight. It’s only a one-minute walk to DFO South Wharf, making it perfect if you’d like to fit in some shopping during your stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again

Great Staff great location all around great experience
Pros:

Great service experience, everyone was helpful happy and made great suggestions for making my life easier. The property was perfectly located to the activities we were experiencing for the weekend.

Cons:

Didn’t love the frosted glass bathroom door bathrooms should have solid doors. Also the in-house menu was difficult to navigate. Would’ve appreciated a physical book with instructions on how to use the hotel Services. They would be my only pieces of feedback.
