The location.

Cons:

The fan in the bedroom makes a loud rattling sound even on low setting. On the website it was not advised that there was construction going on right across the hotel because this construction site is a 24 hour site so they even work in the night. The air-con was terrible. The pool site is disgusting because there is cigarette butts everywhere across the floor, with other rubbish.

2x bedroom with Riverview
We've stayed here numerous times; location, value, if you can get room with "river views" at night, it's beautiful

Cons:

Front desk gentleman didn't get his name, seems flustered and busy to be focused solely on you, next morning called front desk toaster wasn't working, same guy came he knocked, opened the door no greeting, he handed me the toaster and hurriedly grapped the other one which was still on the bench and rushed out the door! Made the situation feel like it was inconvenience. Meanwhile, the toaster was faulty because we then had no power, main power switch turned off.

Did not like the way lifts are set up having to get off on a floor then take another lift to get to the car park 🤦‍♀️especially with bags etc
