This was a totally wonderful experience!
The service from all staff was incredible as was the food! Breakfast was so delicious as was the food in the other two restaurants at the hotel!
The bedrooms are divine!
But really it’s the service that stands out, especially Jason at breakfast, he couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful! Couldn’t find any fault for our whole stay! Can’t wait to return!

My husband and I stayed at Capella Singapore for our honeymoon and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our lives. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every detail, every interaction and every experience felt thoughtful, personal and genuinely heartfelt. This was not just a luxury stay, it was an emotional and unforgettable journey.
What truly sets Capella apart is its people. The warmth, professionalism and sincerity of the team elevated every moment of our stay into something extraordinary.
Elton and Boon from the Bell Team were our first touchpoint with Capella and they immediately set the tone for what became a flawless experience. Their attentiveness, efficiency and calm confidence made us feel welcomed and taken care of from the very start. They were never just handling our luggage, they were quietly ensuring that every movement and every request felt effortless. Their hospitality was subtle, polished and deeply reassuring.
Sherlyn deserves special recognition for the beautiful honeymoon room setup. What she created for us was beyond stunning, it was emotional. Walking into a room that had been so lovingly prepared with so much attention to detail made us feel truly valued and celebrated as a couple. It was not just décor, it was a meaningful gesture that we will always remember.
Rens, who conducted the activities and classes, brought so much joy and warmth to our stay. His friendly and engaging personality made every session enjoyable and relaxed. Whether we were learning something new or simply enjoying the moment, he had a wonderful way of making us feel comfortable and present.
At Auriga Spa, the experience was equally lovely. The atmosphere was calm, soothing and beautifully designed, making it a perfect place for couples to unwind and reconnect during a honeymoon stay.
Together, these wonderful people transformed Capella Singapore from a beautiful resort into something truly meaningful. We did not feel like guests, we felt genuinely cared for and celebrated during one of the most important moments of our lives.

From the time we made the reservation, the staff were professional and efficient, which allowed for a smooth check-in. Even though our check-in was late, we were warmly welcomed in a very professional manner. All of the staff were wonderful. When we went to breakfast on the second morning, the staff remembered the drink I had the day before and asked if I would like the same one again. Every staff member we encountered was excellent, and this is a hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

Our entire stay was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the reception team made us feel incredibly welcome right away. Our room was the perfect place to relax, complemented by an absolutely excellent view.
My sister and Brother-in-law who travel extensively throughout Europe and Asia mention that Capella is easily one of the best hotels they have ever stayed in.

We checked in for three days and had such a magnificent experience that we extended our stay for another three days. Our villa was stunning — a true sanctuary that made us forget we were in the heart of a vibrant city.

Special thanks to Shahie and Canny for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding leadership of such a warm, professional team. Our days began beautifully each morning with Grace’s welcoming smile, and Canny consistently went above and beyond to ensure our preferred tea was available even when it wasn’t on the breakfast menu.

The food was of exceptional quality and beautifully presented — particularly the dim sum, chicken curry, and abalone noodle soup, which were absolute highlights.

Congratulations to the entire team. We have truly found a home away from home in Singapore and look forward to returning very soon.

Absolutely loved our stay at Capella. So luxurious, such friendly and caring staff. I would highly recommend this for any holiday.

The Capella Singapore is outstanding in every respect. This was our fourth stay and it remains our favourite hotel on Sentosa, and in Singapore more widely.

Every detail is thoughtfully considered and executed to perfection. The professionalism, warmth and service from every staff member we encountered was exceptional, from housekeeping and front office through to restaurant and bar staff. Service is consistently intuitive and genuine. I'm sure they have scouted the very best of the best for every single position they hire.

After an overnight flight, we were fortunate to arrange an early check-in. When we arrived in our room, the staff had arranged for a breakfast of pastries, fruit and fresh juices to be laid out and waiting - an unexpected and generous touch that perfectly set the tone for the stay.

The rooms as spacious, luxurious and filled with every ammenity you can consider. High-end bath products, a Dyson hairdryer (arguably as good as it gets), even a luxury yoga mat. Housekeeping is impeccable, attending to the room twice daily to the very highest standard with beautiful, considered attention to detail: fresh ice in the bucket, a handcrafted timber bookmark placed on your book, and countless other small surprised and gestures that elevate the experience.

Pool attendants lay out thick luxurious towels and circulate with frozen fruit kebabs and health juices.

We dined at Cassia twice this stay, as it was simply outstanding. We chose the veranda outside seating overlooking the city for a more relaxed experience to the opulence of indoors. The wagyu and lobster mapo tofu and the Peking duck were exceptional, matched by attentive and polished waitstaff.

Bob’s Bar was also on point as always - relaxed yet impeccably run. We enjoyed lunches and breakfasts at Fiamma, which were exquisite. Breakfast in particular is a standout, with an extraordinary range of options from an extensive buffet to à la carte dishes, including dim sum should you wish. We were not there on a Sunday this visit, but in the past absolutely love their Sunday Brunch with delicious food and bottomless Ruinart champagne!

The Pineapple Room remains a favourite—fresh iced teas and snacks accompany exquisite cocktails in the evening, our crafted by the wonderful bartender, Franz.

Quite simply, this hotel is as good as it gets.

From the very start of our stay, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Elina, who checked us in seamlessly and swiftly. We were then escorted to a lovely room that exceeded our expectations.

After settling in, we headed to The Living Room for afternoon tea. The spread was absolutely delightful and beautifully presented, featuring festive treats like stollen and cinnamon star cookies. We also enjoyed playing the board games provided, which added a fun and cozy touch to the experience. The team at The Living Room was attentive and knowledgeable, offering excellent tea recommendations—our favorite was the White Peony Tea. Thank you, Trina, Leia, Crystal, Cherilyn and Rens for making this so special!

Later, we returned to the room and ordered in-room dining. The food was delicious, and we highly recommend trying the Seafood Hokkien Mee! A big thank you to Alex for delivering the meal and even helping us capture some wonderful photos.
The next day, checking out via the online platform was smooth and hassle-free. Elina noticed us at the driveway and came over to bid us goodbye, along with Ezaz and Boon from the bell desk team. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us.

Overall, we would highly recommend staying here to enjoy the beautiful facilities and serene nature. Thank you, Capella, for making our birthday staycation so memorable!

Our experience at this property, unfortunately, contrasted sharply with many of the glowing reviews we had read.

The resort was running near full occupancy during our stay — something we fully anticipated — and while a degree of service strain is understandable, the lapses accumulated to a point where they noticeably affected the overall experience.

Breakfast was the weakest moment: limited variety, underwhelming flavors, and service that fell short of expectations. We queued for a table — something that should never happen at a Capella — and personalization was virtually absent. A simple request for sliced papaya, for example, was declined, and the entire spread felt more like cost containment than a luxury offering.

The villa itself is undeniably spacious and impressive by Singapore standards. However, the design aesthetic wasn’t quite to our taste; it carried a somewhat utilitarian, almost barracks-like feel. The plunge pool, while beautiful in photos, was too small to be functional and was often filled with fallen leaves due to the surrounding greenery.

Overall, this was the weakest Capella experience we’ve had to date, and it leaves us hesitant about a return visit.

The hotel service and environment are absolutely fantastic. Grace, the therapist at the spa, has excellent and professional techniques. I'll definitely come back to her for a massage next time.

Loved the room, it was super comfortable, clean and especially the bed and enjoyed the outdoor tub. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed a lazy Sunday morning. Warmth of the Staff at the hotel made our visit special.

This has got to be one of my favourite places to stay! The service is exemplary, attention to detail, setting and views amazing, the bedrooms luxurious and stunning and the food fantastic, especially breakfast.

La Naturaleza

Highly recommended place for family, couple and paw parent to spend their precious time in Capella. We sign up for the paw staycation and enjoy ourselves in Capella facilities especially there are lots of greenery for my dog to enjoy himself in the open space. Despite that, I love the service level that Capella staff had given to us. Every one of the staff is very attentive to our needs, not only for the things we requested but also those things we did not pay notice. A good example, is one of the staff, willing to bend down and remove the twig at my pet paw after he enjoy his run in the garden, while we are busy waiting for grab. This small gesture speak louder than words, it really give us comfort as paw parent that the staff cares not only the human guest but also the pet guest. Very BIG THANK YOU to Capella blessings us a wonderful stay. Keep up the good 👍 work.

Came here for a staycation with my husband and baby, our baby turned 10 months just a day before our stay. We wanted to spend some quality time with him and do something special this weekend. The check-in process was smooth and efficient as I was contacted beforehand to do pre-check in.

We were upgraded to the Sentosa Suite, which was a pleasant surprise :) the suite was also all set up with all required baby amenities - bottle sterilizer, baby bathtub and toiletries, a cot (with bumpers all nicely tied) and a high chair. The team also included some sweet treats in the room and personalized notes, which we appreciate very much. The bottle sterilizer was very clean, the inside actually looked brand new with no limescale at all, which to me says a lot about the high standard of cleanliness and service.

The quality of food we had during our stay was excellent, from tea at the Living Room to our dinner at Bob's Bar to our breakfast at Fiamma. The digital concierge service is very useful in helping to answer any questions we have, and very convenient too. We also managed to have a dip in the pool with our son before checking out.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and look forward to coming back regularly as a little treat for our family :)
