Pleasant stay for a fair price
Pros:

Room was a good size, clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly. Having a guest laundry was such a bonus. 2 pools meant that they werent too busy at any time of day. Conveniently located close to food spots, a small convenience store and public bus

Expensive but clean and comfortable

Clean and very quiet.

Cons:

Very expensive for a room with no kitchenette and that was not serviced daily. Was given some complimentary drink cards, which was a nice gesture, which could be used for a standard drink. Apparently, beer was not classed as a standard drink however wine was which made no sense.

Overall comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was good. Beach is 5mins walk. Across the road there were a convenient store, laundry mat, Liquor store, Chemist & Bar & Grill resturant. The Bus stop (6) also 1 min walk from the hotel that had a pick-up every hour taking you through the township to other accommadations, resturants, shopping centre's and beaches. Air-conditioning and fans worked well a very quiet. Staff excellent.

Cons:

Disappointing, was that I expected the rooms to be more up todate decor wise. Very tired. Bathroom especially. Tiles, old and dirty looking as well as the grouting. Toilet, Black under the rinse rim, plastic seat. Toilet paper holder loose, basin sink has no plug just a hole. Water stain on ceiling plaster. Carpet, requires vacuuming and cleaning due to debris (sand and fibre) stuck to feet. Restaurant closed for lunch.

Cons:

Bought bottle RED wine at bistro for dinner, the bottle was 'HOT' not GOOD FOR RED WINE. The RED wine bottles were stored on shelf under display lamps. Bar staff should know better. The dining experience was NOT GOOD!!!!

Comfortable modern hotel stay.
Pros:

Free car parking, two pools, comfortable room with balcony, lift, helpful friendly staff at reception, nice bar/cafe/eating area.

Cons:

Room not serviced due to long weekend we were told, we had to ask for clean towels. Dusty handrails and common areas. Location near town beach but 2km walk from shopping area.

A fair but convenient place to stay in Broome
Pros:

Location was convenient, the pools were nice however in May the water is cool and not pleasant to stay in for a relaxing swim.

Cons:

The resort is tired with warn out fixtures, eg sink tap, damaged toilet seat, missing shower screen, stained towels. For the price paid $385 p/n not including any room cleans for 4 days the resort was not value for money.
