Pros:

Many thanks to the reception staff for facilitating a room upgrade when additional friends came and joined us. Very calm base for a week away during the wet season.

A little Gym would be nice, also I was there 3 nights and my room wasn't serviced once.

Weekend stopover
Pros:

Suited our quick trip to Broome for a family members funeral, location was perfect, rooms were very large and comfortable. We were not disappointed with the apartment. Restaurant and bar was great and served our needs.

Cons:

Only downside was the key card for the secure carpark, everyone was having trouble swiping their card for entry and getting out of carpark.
Maybe a tap and go would be the answer to this problem.

Lovely hotel with great air conditioning, Smart TVs and pool facilities. Beds were comfortable and the staff were profes
Pros:

The swimming pool was beautiful and clean and very comfortable beds.
The staff were friendly and attentive particularly Reinhard. Thank you.

Cons:

No door on the shower so all the floor mats got drenched and the tiles were slippery when wet. There were no other floor mats / towels to use as you only get one mat, so not a great situation with a pile of wet mats and bath towels on floor.

Nice for a holiday stay but not for business unfortunately.
Pros:

The accommodation was comfortable and clean and in a good location.

Cons:

Was incredibly disappointed with internet connection. It was so poor that I had to hotspot from my phone and the staff just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. When travelling for work the need to connect to a reasonable internet service is essential.

For over $300 per night, we expected a little more for our money. This place is B grade accommodation. Had several issues with the room. Including not understanding we had no house keeping. Apparently I missed the fine print. Etc etc

Other than a couple of issues, we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Irene wasn’t told if breakfast was or was not included at check in!!

Cons:

We were there for 7 nights but never even offered a change of towels. Checkout day out access cards stopped working by 7am even tho checkout was 10am!!

Cons:

Confusing to navigate through the maze of outdoor corridors, all looked the same, hard to find reception - staff actually came to help us one night they saw us on security cameras looking lost. Colour coded marks on wall or floor or just names on wall of various sectors might help?
