Very average for premium price.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and the pools great.

Cons:

I was surprised the room wasn’t serviced. Very few towels and not generous with wifi.

Love Broometime
Pros:

Rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable. The grounds were clean and well maintained with two pools and a restaurant on-site. Great location, being only a short walk into town. Close to Town Beach, Matsos and a great Bakery. Bus out the front departs every 30 minutes. Every tour we did whilst in Broome picks up from and drops off to the hotel.

Good location and worth considering for a quiet stay
Pros:

The Oaks is a pleasant hotel, a short walk from the jetty and waterfront park area. The walk into the town centre is about 15 to 20 minutes at a leisurely pace, mostly flat. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was dated and showing signs of needing some attention but suited our needs for a 2 night stay before a cruise. Minor issue with the toilet was remedied promptly. Breakfast was a disappointment and did not live up our expectation as there was limited choice. Coffee was good from the barista. We did have dinner here on one night and the food was of an acceptable standard. Pools were excellent and very good size. Worth considering for a stay

POOL WAS OK BUT QUITE COLD,

BREAKFAST WASN'T AVAILABLE EARLY ON A SUNDAY, ROOM WAS VERY HUMID - NO VENTILATION IN THE BATHROOM, PRICEY FPR THE STANDARD OF ACCOMMODATION

Cons:

Long way for an older woman to drag her own bags … pathway a little hard to negotiate.
There are no tissues in the room, and that seems an oversight or mean.

Nice comfortable stay
Pros:

The Oaks Broome is a nice welcoming place to stay .
Comfy rooms , great pool and friendly staff .
Special mention to May , always with a smile on her face , attentive , organised and giving great customer service in the restaurant.
I stayed with my group of 30 seniors and our every need was taken care of .

Pros:

There was no regular house cleaning like fresh towels. Location was great near the town beach and shops.
I think it was expensive for what we got

Cons:

No regular house keeping. To replace things like milk and towels etc Expensive compared to other Oaks i have stayed at.
