The staff is extremely warm, friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. Breakfast is unbelievable. Every type of breakfast food buffet in the large room plus ability to order off the menu. The hotel is in a fantastic location at the Waterfront in Cape Town.

Excellent service. Beautiful view of Table Mountain from the room. Nice bar. Wonderful breakfast. The gym was well equipped. Decent bar too with some live music.

Overall service was enthusiastic and friendly. Breakfast was excellent but had a disappointing meal at Nobu. Facilities showing its age and could do with an update. Neighborhood was safe and nice restaurants within walking distance. There are probably better options at this price point.

Excellent stay at the One and Only. Staff all were all very friendly and helpful, luxurious room with stunning view of table mountain, breakfasts were a particularly excellent experience. Great location a short stroll from the waterfront.

The hotel itself is great but the room service staff was comically bad. Orders would take longer than one hour to arrive, items were ALWAYS missing. One time they called us at 1:30am to confirm our breakfast order (waking us up!) and then still got the order wrong 😂 really odd in a 5 star hotel.
