Everything was great
This hotel is located in Estero, Florida. Not sure why it says Fort Myers Estero in the description. The remodeling looked great and my room was very clean upon arrival. I actually slept pretty well during my stay. The bed was comfortable. I liked that I could manage the room temperature and use the fan option so that I could muffle any hallway noise during the evening hours (I didn't hear any and slept through the night). I'll definitely stay here again!

Renovated rooms were nice. Gym was mediocre and appeared to be clean. Nice light in the lobby to read books while sipping on tea. Was too cold and windy to experience the pool this time.
Hotel is located near lots of shopping and dining opportunities. This is our second year to stay at this location. Hotel was in process of wrapping up a major remodeling project.
I love that the hotel was at a wonderful location with a lot of different stores and restaurants.
I did not like that. The property was under renovations, which did not have the restaurant area open doing the evening only for breakfast. This was my main reason for booking the room at the Hyatt because I thoroughly enjoy the food and drinks.
A lovely hotel, which, although it was receiving renovations, was quite nice. The downfall was the fact that there were no dressers in the room. I personally don't agree with the minimalist approach when traveling.
This is the most beautiful Hyatt Place I have ever stayed in! Just completely renovated in a lovely, soothing decor. And the bed was so comfy! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I used points and cash. Located within an abundance of shopping, dining, exercise and spa choices.
The staff at the desk was amazing no matter what time we came in or left.
The construction noise and the inconsistency in the AC in the building as a result of the AC.

We stayed here for a weekend while we were attending a wedding at the Hyatt down the road. The team here went above and beyond to accommodate my friends who had a delayed and then later canceled flight. We can’t thank the team here enough for their generosity!

Que estaban en remodelación no lo mencionaron de lo contrario hubiera hospedado en otro Hotel, No están disponible el Gim Una de las razones por la que escogió eta ubicación , No había máquinas de Hielo , el Desayuno -5 los huecos revltos eran pequeñas pelotitas , El polvo estaba ala orden del día, nos tocó esperar el Shutle en el Driveways ni una banca para sentarnos ya que el Lobby no estaba disponible.
Excellent stay, clean and friendly staff. Rooms large and airy. Breakfast selection was good. check in and checkout was simple. Parking was conveniently located.
The main problem was that the hotel was under construction. If Expedia had told me that I would have gone to another hotel. We had stayed there on a previous occasion and it was fine. But after this stay, I am putting it on my BLACK LIST.
It seems most areas were under construction. Also every day I got charged for amenities but they did fix it
The hotel is a straight construction site. The front desk is a small utility closet where the employees sit in street clothes. Feels pretty dirty in general with dust tracked all over the carpets. It would have been nice to know
