Pros:

Have Japanese translation on all labels. Room is super big and bed is big too. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Female staff are friendly in general.

Cons:

Some details like my room cannot automatically lock and my colleague's room didn't have hot water for bathtub. But repair everything really fast.

Good value for money
Pros:

Good hotel, rooms are massive a bit dated, air conditioning didnt work so I asked for a fan, Japanese restaurant is really good and overall its reasonable value for money, can improve with English speaking staff

追加忘れが有る。アメニティが貧弱。紅茶を飲んだが補充していない。。。。たまたま担当が悪かったかもしれませんが、サービスが不十分に感じました。
