Top quality
Pros:

Accolto con affetto da Mattis che è stato simpaticissimo per tutte le sere che ho soggiornato nell'hotel. Con gli spritz mi ha dato una mano Zoe, molto simpatica e professionale nel servizio al bar e sulla terrazza.
Un grande grazie anche a tutto il resto dello staff, tutti ragazzi e ragazze precisi e attenti al dettaglio.
Camera pulita, accogliente e profumata.
Posizione centrale che permette di prendere Metro, tram e qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto comodamente.

Pros:

My mum and her friend, two older women travelling together, had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They felt well looked after from the moment they arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Freundliches Personal bis auf eine Ausnahme

Cons:

An der Rezeption in englischer Sprache angesprochen. Im Online-Check-in war Deutschland als Land angegeben. Sie sprach auch Deutsch.
Die gleiche "Unaufmerksamkeit" auf dem Dach. Wir haben natürlich in unserer Gruppe auf Deutsch gesprochen. Er sprach mit uns auf Englisch.

Das Badezimmer besaß noch eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Es gab keinerlei Haltemglichkeiten beim Ein-/Ausstieg bzw. beim Duschen. Zudem war die Wanne sehr schmal. Fast schon gefährlich.

Super Lage in Berlin- Mitte; stylisches Ambiente; schöne roof-top- Bar

Cons:

Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Waschbecken IM Zimmer (und nicht im Bad)- das ist aus meiner Sicht unglücklich, wenn sich jemand dort waschen, schminken o.ä. möchte, während der andere Mitbewohner in 1 m Entfernung schlafen möchte.

Ein weiterer Punkt, der nicht gut gelöst war: Mit einer Körperlänge von 1,90 Meter war es mir nicht vergönnt, aufrecht zu duschen, da die Duschstange zu niedrig montiert war. Vielleicht ist das nur ein Problem in meinem Zimmer gewesen (329)- es nervte mich trotzdem.

Mitten in Berlin
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Apartment L im 5. Stock mit Balkon. Es war sehr cool und geräumig. Wir haben bestens geschlafen.
Der Garten des Hotels ist eine Oase der Ruhe.
Die kleine Bar unten , sowie die Rooftop Bar sind toll und die Preise voll in Ordnung für Berlin Mitte.
Die Lage ist das Highlight - Mitte-n-drin.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut und günstig.

Fine hotel in a nice location. Its electronic systems security should be reinforced
Pros:

The hotel and the room were fine. However the hotel should reinforce the security of its electronic systems (I was one of the customers whose details were hacked and received a malicious whatsap message trying to 'fish' my credit card data)

If the hotel insists in checking in its guests electronically then it should enhance the security of its electronic systems

Un séjour très agréable.
Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait pour nous. Le quartier est très agréable. La chambre est très confortable est spacieuse. Les fenetres fermées isolent très bien du bruit (la rue est bruyante). Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux (produits de très bonne qualité) et le buffet varié : en plus des oeufs, bacon, fromage, viennoiseries..., de bons avocats, des fruits, de bonnes confitures... Le lobby est très agréable et chaleureux.

Cons:

Un seul ascenseur pour tout l'hotel, y compris le bar en rooftop où viennent des gens de l'extérieur, peuvent rendre l'attente un peu longue parfois. Dans la chambre, une seule prise double au bureau (il faut débrancher la cafetière pour recharger son téléphone).
