Von sehr nerviger KI gesteuertes Hotel - nie wieder!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut isoliert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, lediglich auf einer Bettseite gab es eine Leselampe. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Stauraum. Nur ein einziger Stuhl, und wenn man den nutzte, war der Zugang zum sehr kleinen Schrank und zu einer Bettseite versperrt. Aus dem Wasserhahn kam ein Rinnsal. Auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche schwankte ständig - und damit auch die Wassertemperatur. Aber das Schlimmste war die KI, die mich seit meiner Reservierung Ende Mai mit Mitteilungen nervte: "Freu dich auf Berlin! / Bald ist es so weit! / Mach deinen Checkin im Voraus!" usw. Einzige Möglichkeit, dem zu entkommen war, das Hotel nach dem Checkout bei Whatsapp zu blockieren. Beim Checkin war die Angabe der Email unumgänglich - und schon war die KI nun auch dort mit Nachrichten zur Stelle! Bei meiner Postadresse, die war Pflichtfeld, ist mir "leider" ein Fehler unterlaufen ... Nie wieder werde ich ein Amano Hotel buchen, hauptsächlich wegen der KI, die einem.den letzten Nerv raubt!

Berlin Mitte
Pros:

The position is really perfect... everything is near you can walk or take the Ubahn...The Mitte is full of restaurants, bars and everything you need! Perfect place to stay in Berlin!

Perfect for short stay
Pros:

Perfect location, kind staff, clean rooms with A/C and refrigerator. We particularily enjoyed the location, 15 minutes walking from main attractions.

Cons:

Space was a bit too tight, no closet. No space for luggage. The art in the walls indicate the hotel is maybe more of an occasional stop for couples (although no disturbance or noise was perceived at any point). But the size of the room was the only thing I'd improve, and even then, it wasn't too bad because we were only staying for 2 nights.

Really beautiful and clean hotel, well equipped and in a nice area in Mitte. You have a beautiful lounge and a rooftop bar, where you can chill. By the way, you can do the check in digitally, super smooth. I’d love to come back! :)
