Unschlagbare Preis-Leistung im Herzen von Berlin!
Pros:

Ein wirklich super schönes, stylisches Hotel im Herzen von Mitte mit einem (in unserem Fall) unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, komfortable Gepäckaufbewahrung und wunderschöne Bar/Lounge auf der Dachterrasse. Ebenfalls sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Wir waren wirklich rundum happy und kommen beim nächsten Berlin-Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder!

Trotz der Größe des Hotels war es doch sehr ruhig!
Pros:

Das Hotel, der Ausblick und das Zimmer! Das gesamte Personal - von der Rezeption, über Restaurant bis zum Zimmermädchen- ist sehr freundlich!! Das Abendessen ist hervorragend- das war unser 1. Mal Halbpension & wir würden es in diesem Hotel jedem empfehlen!

Cons:

Das Abendessen fängt recht spät an! Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das nicht so optimal!
Bei der Reservierung der Pool Liegen hätte das Personal ruhig durchgreifen können und die Handtücher entsprechend entfernen! Die Liegen wurden täglich von denselben Leuten vor dem Frühstück mit Handtüchern reserviert!! Da reicht es nicht aus Poolregeln auszuhängen- die werden von dreisten Urlaubern nicht befolgt! Da dürft ihr gerne etwas strenger sein! Ansonsten alles tip top!
