Convenient location.
It is pretty expensive for the type room and amenities.
I liked the variety options for the breakfast and good location.
I didn't like that the tub spout had rust on it, they didn't have hot water in the morning so I had to take a cold shower because I didn't have time to call then, and when I told them about it he gave me an insincere sorry. Also, that they couldn't compensate me for the cold shower cause I decided to tell them about it when I checked out. To deal with Booking.com, who I booked it with. No wonder they hardly had any guests while we were there.
The staff and location.
The property is completely worn out. Furniture was coming apart. The plug for the alarm & lamp was hanging out of the wall. The a/c did not cool correctly and the humidity was ridiculous. The handle on the toilet needed replacement. The breakfast bread and sausage were not edible as they were so hard. The room rate far exceeds the value.
Hotel has a funny smell and beds were very hard. Breakfast was not what i expected. Went the first morning there and did not go back once I saw a gentlemen using his hands a the breakfast bar. Not much to choose from for breakfast.
Asked for late check out but it was only a hour later than the normal when other hotel offer at 2-3 more hours.
Room was very clean and comfortable 👌
Breakfasts no fruit, no good .
Beds clean and comfortable
Bathroom had pink mold on shower head.
Dust web in corner
Door was lifting on bottom where it stood in flooded water of some sort
Nothing much
The breakfast was terrible. Would have rather eaten at McDonalds.
You raise the price of the room just because it was too many events in Abilene. I thought this was illegal and it’s terrible for family traveling to have to spend $350 for one night.
Staff was very friendly and polite. Room was spacious and roomy.
Sidewalk to the hotel was all chipped up making it hard to push the valet in. Your commercials talk about the great breakfast. Hours for breakfast was 6am-10am. We decided to go get breakfast at 7:30am. There were 2 omelets and 3 sausage patty's left. A half hour later, nothing was filled. When we left at 9am, the breakfast room was totally closed. If you advertise a great breakfast, you should live up to your commitment to your customers.
Location and cleanliness
Had zero dislikes
Too scared to consume due to the condition of the hotel
Evidence of flood in bedroom, hole in bathtub, material on office chair completely worn off, scared I was going to get bed bugs
