The manager of the hotel had to come in and save the day. He took care of the employees mistake. A
Pros:

I extended my staff with a female employee that worked overnight. She stated she extended my stay for a week but she literally did nothing. Had my wife not been in the room my stuff would’ve been removed due to the employees mistake.

Pros:

Parking was good.

Cons:

Just a horrible experience. Nothing worked. Shower was atrocious. Deferred maintenance everywhere. Noisy Hvac unit. Room was hot all night.

The employees were friendly, the room was clean, and the location to hospital area was what we needed.

Good location with dated rooms
Pros:

It was close to the hospital for a 6am arrival. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Room was in need of an update. Furniture was scuffed and a little battered. Various areas, especially bathroom, just were not up to usual “hotel cleanliness “ standards. We had to leave before the breakfast buffet was open.

Would not stay at this hotel if I were in town and needed a hotel.

The location was good

Cons:

The young girl who was working behind the counter was sitting on the couch with her boyfriend, watching TV when I walked in. When I asked if there was laundry soap in the laundry room, she said, “I don’t know.“ the Hotel certainly needs an updated facelift. We had requested a handicap room, but the shower curtain was too high off the floor and water leaked out from the shower area splashed across the bathroom floor.
