NO ES PET FRENDLY, PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA

En la bùsqueda de hotel Pet Frendly escogì el hotel porque siempre acostumbro llegar a ese hotel, pero cuando lleguè con mi familia y mis perrhijas de talla pequeña y consciente que son limpias, no ladran y que sòlo hacen sus necesidades al sacarlas al aire libre, me agradò la idea de continuar con la reserva, pero llegando al Hotel cansada despuès de 8 horas de viaje manejando me dicen que sòlo aceptan si tiene documentos de perro de soporte emocional. Me quedo con muy mal sabor de boca porque tuve que irme a otro Hotel.

Excelente localização próxima ao aeroporto. Boa instalação para uma estadia rápida. Transfer disponível 24 horas.

Cons:

Não estava funcionando o sistema para o cartão de acesso ao quarto, com isso era necessário acionar um funcionamento para poder acessar a habitação.

Hated it and not being reimbursed
Pros:

When I reserved, their site said that they had a secured parking lot which was extremely important for us. After I reserved, they sent me a message saying that they were under construction and that they would probably not be able to give me a secured parking and that I would most likely have to park in the street. I send them 3 messages requesting a clear answer as if I could have a safe place to park. They never answered me. So I asked them to cancel my reservation because of that. As of today, 3 days later still did not get an answer. So this place is not professional and it is to be avoided anytime since they don’t care about the clientele.

Cons:

Not receiving an answer on my three messages. And not being able to cancel because they could not provide the services they advertised. Now I have to escalate my complaint with Booking. And even Booking didn’t get an answer from them.
