Disappointed as property seemed dated and dark

The night staff wasn't helpful at all the air conditioner in my room quit working and it was so hot and stuffy he acted like we couldn't change rooms they weren't that full no empathy or offer back me a refund to make it right

It was a pleasant experience
Pros:

The location was amazing and close to the main entertainment areas. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioner had an issue and we had to keep it at 54* for the room to stay cool. The bed was super soft.
