4 wunderschöne Tage in Verona
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall dieses mitzubuchen, super Lage mitten im Zentrum, trotzdem Anfahrt mit eigenem PKW möglich, Garage direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Den Trubel von der Fußgängerzone und den Cafés direkt unter unserem Fenster bis spät in die Nacht haben wir als typisch italienisch eher positiv wahrgenommen.

Si fuera el gerente regional me ocuparía de entrenar al personal del front desk en la importancia de una buena atención,
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, confort y estado de conservación.

Cons:

El personal del front desk y manager, poco atentos, increíble que les cueste saludar… Parcos es una buena palabra para definirlos. Una pena. En cambio, el personal de aseo, el del desayunador, que por cierto es impecable y muy bien surtido, excelentes, al igual que la persona del turno nocturno del front desk, para ser justos.

Excelente estadia no Hotel, com a melhor localização e serviço de Verona.
Pros:

Hotel totalmente renovado, com estacionamento no local e localização excelente. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e café da manhã muito bom. Fiquei surpreso pela boa qualidade do atendimento.

Cons:

O quarto poderia ser um pouquinho maior, mas não comprometeu a nossa estadia em Verona.

Pros:

Très très bien situé.

Le meilleur matelas de tous les hôtels où j'ai dormi dans le monde !!! Les oreillers également. BRAVO !!!
