Property was clean and in a central location

Cons:

Rooms were quite small. Fine for myself as a single occupier but with multiple people sharing with luggage could have been an issue.
Breakfast was quite limited.

Wonderful place to stay in Verona
Pros:

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Italy. Perfect balance between modern and classic italian style hotel.
Very comfortable room, tasteful design. Very nice staff.

Boa localização, confortável.

Cons:

Café da manhã oferecido tarde. Havia solicitado antecipadamente a disponibilização de café da manhã mais cedo e foi aceito, porém na acomodação não foi acatado meu pedido. No dia da minha entrada, havia um evento na cidade, fechando o centro histórico para o acesso de táxis. A acomodação deveria ter informado aos hóspedes para que pudéssemos nos organizar (exemplo: deixar a bagagem em depósito e fazer check in posteriormente; oferecer transfer para acesso próximo ao hotel).
