Important information:

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

EV Charging station is available for guests who use electric vehicles.

Starting 1st January 2026, we will undertake a refurbishment of our guestrooms to further enhance your stay experience. The work will take place from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm daily.

Cons:

Auf dem Gelände des Hotels steht ein ATM Automat welcher mir von einem Mitarbeiter empfohlen wurde. Der Automat hat meine Kreditkarte eingezogen ohne Grund und nicht wieder ausgespuckt. Der Automat wurde erst geöffnet als ich das Land schon verlassen habe und jetzt ist die Karte weg und für Kosten und Aufwand eine neue zu bekommen darf ich selbst aufkommen. Ein Hotel in der Klasse sollte keine Scamautomaten auf ihr Grundstück stellen.

Huge rooms
Pros:

rooms here are not big but HUGE. The Hotel is not the younest, but at least its not full with complicatet, technological bull.... wich nobody really needs. They make some renovations but I do hope not a usless gadget update !!!

Cons:

There was a bad smell in my bathroom. And to much car and street noise by the swimming pool

Great Stays
Pros:

My wife and I have stayed here several times recently and every stay has been excellent. Although this property is oriented more toward long-term stays, short-term reservations are often a great value and staying in a multi-room apartment can be a nicer experience. Check-in/out is just like at a hotel, with staff to help with luggage, luggage storage, and of course the check-in itself. The recently renovated apartments are modern and comfortable, all the appliances, fixtures, and facilities are in great working condition, and the apartments are stocked with everything one needs. All of the staff are warm, friendly, and helpful - we enjoyed using the pool and gym facilities as well as the nice breakfast buffet. Location is on Soi Suan Phlu - a historic street with a variety of restaurants, street food, massage shops, and even a traditional local wet market. The busier Silom area along with the Sala Daeng BTS station is a 15 minute walk, as is Lumphini Park. This has become our go-to lodging when we visit Bangkok.

This is my 3rd stay and the service Excellence id the best from the concierge team led by MR. Oa Mr.Bank Mr.A Mr.Oa he’s will take care of me with everything.

The facilities were clean, large apartment, it was great to have a washing machine and dryer to use. 4 bottles of water provided every day. Restaurant was excellent, good food, friendly helpful staff. The staff every where were great. Enjoyed my stay

Love the staff and the room!
Pros:

The staff at the front desk was just amazing! We arrived early and my one year old son was already so tired and upon requesting for an early check-in, a very early check-in, they accommodated us without further thought and ensured our comfort. Kudos to their team :)

Cons:

Nothing really, the location isn't the best but if you love to walk like we do, it's still centrally located.
