Important information:

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

EV Charging station is available for guests who use electric vehicles.

Starting 1st January 2026, we will undertake a refurbishment of our guestrooms to further enhance your stay experience. The work will take place from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm daily.

Pleasant stay and impeccable hospitability
Pros:

Really impressed with the friendliness of the staff, right from the person who took care of my luggage, lady at the reception, right until the day I checked out. Thew whole experience was really pleasant, every time I stepped into the hotel lobby from outside, I was always greeted with Thai hospitability. I was given an upgrade of the room - spacious, it came with a full set of kitchens utensils, also equipped with washer and dryer. Gym is small but functional, pool is great too. The location is just outside Silom and relatively calm in comparison. The street is dotted with many boutique cafes, definitely recommend anyone to try them out.

The check in experience was a breeze thanks to the hospitality extended to me by Jabb upon arrival. He briefed me on the hotel facilities and the service and provided me a room promptly though I was slightly earlier for my check in. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Worn down, tired hotel.
Pros:

The staff were attentive and the breakfast buffet is decent.

Cons:

The whole property is very tired. The rooms are huge but have a dated, worn down feeling. The hallways were dark and overall it felt a bit spooky. We thankfully only had one night here before heading to Phuket.

Home away from home
Pros:

We come back here year after year and have been staying here since 2013. This place is brilliant with all the comforts of home. The staff is attentive and friendly and helpful. Mr Ae has been there for us since 2013 and is always helpful and friendly

It is well located, and the regular shuttle service to the malls is an added boon.

We would never stay anywhere else in Bangkok.
