Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sathorn Vista Marriott in Bangkok. The apartment was spacious and even had a washing maschine and dryer. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety of european, thai and Indian food changing daily. But the best thing was the staff, who were extremely nice and helpful. The concierge Mr. Ae and his colleague helped us many times by giving us tips for good restaurants, telling us how to get to tourist attractions by public transport and organising a shuttle to the airport.
The only minor thing was that the traffic was pretty loud, also in the room (we were at the eight stock), but I guess that’s everywhere in Bangkok. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!
This was my first time in Bangkok and I wanted to tell you that this hotel is in a great location. Lots of shops massages street vendors. I would also like to point out that the staff was impeccable they were very eager to help me with anything that I needed and I mean anything. My puppy needed a stroller and one of the concierge help me find one.I was so impressed with the staff at this location. This is the best Marriott I've ever been to and I've been to a few. Also the lady who attended my room was so nice she remembered every day to bring me chamomile tea I know that's little but things like that makes it so comfortable when you're not at home. Thank you for making my stay so fantastic. Hats off to the staff at Marriott. "Khop khun kha"

I had a wonderful stay at this Marriott property. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well-maintained, but the service is what truly stands out. Every staff member I encountered was professional, warm, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious with fantastic views of the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-tier hospitality in the Sathon area!

There was a lot of back-and-forth communication to arrange getting it back, and all our queries were answered promptly, even during late hours.
