Pros:

Excellent breakfast choices, Teresa and all staff very polite. Excellent luggage arrangements til check in time and once checked out to enjoy rest of the day without worries. We felt safe.

Cons:

All excellent. Just waiting for my $80.00 refund on each of both rooms charged at checkin. Will be following up.

- gli addetti alla colazione sono molto gentili. in particolare Safan!
-refill di acqua in hotel

-la pulizia della stanza non è stata ottimale, viene pulita un giorno si e uno no. ma praticamente rifanno solo il letto
- troppa attesa per l’ascensore. per 30
piano non possono bastare solo tre ascensori!
- colazione con poca scelta
-stanza da colazione piccola e confusa

La ubicación, solo cruzas la calle y tienes la central de buses y en la esquina el ingreso para el metro.

La habitación es grande, super cómoda

Prisvärt & modernt 4* hotell vid Times Square inkl frukost

Ett mycket prisvärt & modernt 4* hotell nära Times Square & Pennstation. Så fort man kliver in i lobbyn känner man en fräsch doft, vilket är precis så man vill känna;
”First impression last”
God & smidig frukost. Rummen fräscha.
Mycket serviceinriktad personal.
Är detta hotell ledigt så är det nog bara & boka.

Cons:

Inga stora grejer som påverkar helheten i min bedömning:
Safeboxens lucka åkte ut hela tiden när boxen var upplåst, vilket gjorde att garderobsdörren slog emot safeboxluckan.
När AC:ns fläkt brummade igång var det svårt att sova. Fick dra ut sladden.

Soggiorno fantastico, New York unica!
Pros:

Seconda volta che soggiorno in questo Hotel. Posizione centralissima. Colazione abbondante con la possibilità di take away. Fermata metro a circa 50 mt dall'uscita dell'albergo (42th-Port Authority). Staff disponibile e gentilissimo, soprattutto quello della sala colazioni. Chiedere al momento del check-in la pulizia giornaliera.

Cons:

Qualche problemino con la pompa di calore, risolto velocemente, in maniera autonoma.

Buena ubicación,lo de más de regular para abajo
Pros:

La ubicación, cerca a Times Square y a estación de metro

Cons:

No hacen limpieza diaria de la habitación. El calefactor suena demasiado toda la noche. El comedor pequeño y el desayuno lo repiten exactamente igual todos los días, no varían para nada.
