Posizione ottima, pulizia impeccabile, e lo staff davvero gentilissimo. Abbiamo lasciato le valigie per una mattinata intera dopo aver fatto il check-out, senza alcun costo supplementare. Le donne che gestiscono la colazione sono cordiali e sempre con il sorriso.

Hotel parfait et bien situé.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à 5 minutes de Times Square.
Chambres très propres, nettoyées chaque jour. Personnel très sympathique et serviables.
Les chambres sont bien équipées.
Le buffet du déjeuner est bien servi.

Cons:

Le chauffage était un peu bruyant et l'ascenseur peut mettre du temps à arriver. Ce sont en effet de petits détails, rien de bien dérangeant au final.
Tout était parfait.
