Great hotel and facilities with amazing staff throughout
Pros:

Great location to all major attractions and suitable for the family. Despite the ongoing protests outside the hotel tried their best to make our stay comfortable. All the staff from reception, catering and facilities were absolutely amazing. Kind and considerate

Poor Service, bad housekeeping, dire breakfast, and disinterested management
Pros:

Be prepared for disruptions, poor service, and a mediocre experience. There's currently a labor dispute happening outside this hotel. Be prepared to be taunted and yelled at when coming and going from the property. Staff were inattentive and dismissive. Housekeeping either didn't visit promptly or when they did visit didn't leave basic things like shampoo and body wash. We had to call down multiple times to have amenities replenished. Breakfast room staff were pleasant and cheerful despite the absolutely mediocre offerings. I complained but management doesn't seem to really care about guest experiences. I would book next door at any of the other neighboring properties before booking here again.

Pros:

Das arbeitende Personal war wirklich freundlich und hat versucht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Die Betten war wirklich sehr bequem, eine der Gründe warum wir geblieben sind. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, wenn die streikenden Mitarbeiter nicht wären, wäre es sehr ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Frühstück ausreichend aber nicht besonders abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer brauchen eine Renovierung. Leider ist die Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen schlecht. Die Klimaanlage hatte eine 2cm dicke Staubschicht, was uns in der Nacht mit einer verstopften Nase belohnte.

Leider war eine Demonstration von streikenden Mitarbeitern, die einen bei jedem ein und aus gehen mit ,,Shame'' anschrien. Das war keine angenehme Erfahrung. Wir wussten dass eine Demo stattfindet aber nicht dass sie die Gäste so behandeln werden. Sie machten von morgens bis in der Nacht Lärm.

Das positive war dass wir am nächsten Tag ein Zimmer in einem ruhigeren Teil wechseln konnten, zuvor bekamen wir eins auf der Straßenseite. Das war unerträglich, trotz 20 Stock.

Ich hätte mir aber zumindest ein Entgegenkommen des Hotels in Form einer Preisreduktion gewünscht, leider wurden nur Ohrstöpsel verteilt.

Not the best experience
Pros:

The room was clean when we arrived. The free breakfast was decent.

Cons:

No one cleaned our room or emptied our trash the 4 nights we were there, even when we requested, so we had towels and trash piled up. We had to go to the front desk a couple of days to get towels because there was no one available to bring them to the room. There were protesters in front of the hotel the entire time we were there, which wasn't too bothersome, but combined with the lack of response from housekeeping our stay was not as enjoyable as it could have been. We advised the front desk manager of our concerns tge evening before we were scheduled to check out and we did receive a $150 room rebate. . .

Pros:

O café da manhã, considerando os padrões americanos, é bom, tem opções, claro que não se compara a um hotel brasileiro. A cama é boa, o quarto é confortável, os funcionários atenciosos e a greve dos trabalhadores (mesmo com protestos) não atrapalhou em nada nossa hospedagem, praticamente não ouvimos nenhum barulho do 15o andar. Eles seguiram o preço contratado e nos deixaram fazer checkin antecipado sem custos adicionais.

Café da manhã ter opções de bolos, outros yogurtes etc.

Very lovely hotel !
Pros:

Мы с сыном были в июле 11 ночей в этом прекрасном отеле, нам очень понравилась комната чистая красивая уютная ,душевая прекрасна, понравилась локация рядом с Таймсквер, рядом метро и все автобусы. Административный персонал очень отзывчивый, я очень благодарна каждому из них - помогли когда приболел сын, давали нам горячие кипятки для заваривания чая , выслушивали мои запросы и вежливо отвечали и помогали, я очень благодарна отелю ! внизу в лаунже всегда питьевая прохладная вода со льдом, завтраки и кофе вкусные, рабочий персонал очень добрый . Мы снова вернемся !

Buon compromesso tra posizione e servizi offerti
Pros:

La posizione e’ effettivamente ottima, vicina a molti punti di interesse raggiungibili a piedi e vicina alle fermate della metropolitana.

Cons:

Le camere sono effettivamente troppo piccole per 4 pax e non c’è posto per le valigie.
La pulizia giornaliera di traduce in un semplice rassetto dei letti e cambio asciugamani.
La colazione molto limitata nella scelta, ma da apprezzare la possibilità di portarsi via alcune cose per la giornata (frutta, bagels, ecc).
Purtroppo siamo capitati durante un periodo di manifestazione sindacale dei dipendenti che hanno fatto molto rumore fuori dall’hotel giorno e notte. L’hotel ci aveva informati preventivamente, ma non eravamo riusciti a trovare alternative ragionevoli con così poco preavviso.
Le prime notti sono state difficoltose per via dei rumori.

Die Lage war perfekt. Hotel war soweit gut. Besonders das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Frühstück selbst typisch amerikanisch aber ok. Trotz Streik des Personals vor dem Hotel hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel hat das Personal lautstark gestreikt von morgens 7 bis abends 22 Uhr. Bei den Zimmerpreisen hätte ich mir seitens der Hotelleitung ein kleines Entgegenkommen als Entschädigung gewünscht. Z. B. kostenloses Frühstück. Es wurden aber nur Ohrstöpsel ausgeteilt...
