OVER NIGHT STAY
Pros:

The employees were very courteous and I was able to change rooms and check in earlier. HUGE THANK YOU THE STAFF!

Cons:

It was a union protest i was unable to receive parking had to park two blocks away from the hotel. Marriott should be ashamed help your employees!!!

Instalaciones viejas, moqueta sucia y raída. Además hemos coincidido con una huelga de parte del personal que ha hecho imposible el descanso

Good location, unfortunate protestors going on about the hotel pay
Pros:

It was clean and in a good location

Cons:

Not the hotels fault, but they had disruptive protesting all day until 10pm and then again the next morning before 7am. The reason for the protest was low pay scale so it was awkward staying there and having that argument going on via protest.

Séjour agréable, emplacement parfait proche de Times Square
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de Times Square et de nombreux restaurants. Nous avons oublié notre téléphone portable et l’équipe s’est très bien occupée de nous le faire récupérer, ce qui a été très apprécié. Nous avons également bénéficié d’un check-out tardif, ce qui a été un vrai plus.
Seul bémol : notre séjour a coïncidé avec une grève des employés, avec beaucoup de bruit devant l’hôtel pendant toute la durée de notre visite. Cela a un peu nui à la tranquillité du séjour, mais l’accueil et le service sont restés irréprochables.

Cons:

Points faibles : le petit-déjeuner manque de variété et se répète d’un jour à l’autre

Not to my expectation
Pros:

The location was great and their breakfast tasted good just like any American breakfast but could diversify and add more varieties looking at the money spent on a room

Cons:

There was no help with our luggages and the staff just watched on whiles we moved our luggages both check in and check out. There was a lot of noise ongoing due to a strike but not so sure about the reason behind the strike and they protestors kept on making noise right infront of the hotel and one told me the hotel was closed and could not check in . The hotel could have done better by placing a representative in front of the hotel to guide guest. And this happened when I was checking in

Absolutely horrible. Stay anywhere else. Marriot will not do anything to protect you.
Pros:

It was horrible. There is a protest there and you will not be able to sleep at all. The staff will not accommodate and you will be forced to stay as they will not give you enough notice to switch hotels.

Cons:

The protesters and the fact that you can not leave or enter without being harassed and yelled at. If there is a fire you will be dead as the entrance is blocked off by the hotel.

Superou as expectativas!
Pros:

Superou as expectativas! Excelente localização, a pouca passos da Times Square, estação de metrô na rua, fizemos tudo a pé usando o metrô. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos, sempre havia água e cafezinho disponíveis na recepção, camas super confortáveis, troca diária de toalhas e arrumação dos quartos. O café da manhã foi um diferencial, simples mas tem o necessário, tudo gostoso e ainda é possível fazer uma marmita para comer depois. Enfim, o hotel nos surpreendeu e voltaríamos com certeza!

Cons:

Unico ponto ruim mas que o hotel não tem culpa; do dia em que chegamos até o dia que fomos embora estava tendo um protesto na porta do hotel bastante barulhento, eles ficavam o dia todo e a madrugada toda batendo tambor, gritando, isso incomodou bastante pois o nosso quarto era virado pra rua. O hotel até disse que se quiséssemos poderíamos cancelar a estadia mas não tinha como pois a cidade estava lotada e impossível a sair com a família toda procurando outro hotel.

Decent location, heart of Manhattan.
Pros:

Heart of NYC, lovely room - big double bed with bathroom. free breakfast too, it was quite busy but lots of options.
Very close to the 42nd st/Port Authority.

Cons:

Nothing really, room wasn't massive but its bigger than most ive stayed at in NYC.
