The comfort and location.
I couldn't find the ABC Channel on the television. When I asked the desk clerk about it, he told me that he didn't know if the television had an ABC Channel.
This hotel is owned by VP Lap Group, Maharshi and Bharat Patel specifically. We were hired to come perform work for them in October of 2025. After completing the work and delivering the materials requested they completely ignored all requests for payment. They were most likely unhappy with the testing results of their hotel for meeting Hilton standards, but we are just hired to perform the testing, not to fabricate the results. When we inquired about "how" some of the things were done we discovered a pattern of just hiring unqualified (and I suspect undocumented) persons to perform the work. (We also worked on two of their other properties in the same time frame.)
Honestly, they just assume that since we're a veteran-owned small business and they own a dozen hotel chains that we're too small to cause them any problems. They just refuse to pay their bills and figure we'll go away. Well, after 7 months of them not paying the bills due in October of 2025, we figured we'll just start sharing the experience with others as a warning.
This is not a good company to do business with and Hilton should know they intentionally cut corners as a way to try to bypass the Brand requirements Hilton has for all properties.
As a small-business owner for 25 years, this is the first customer in our history to cheat us on the bill by just passively ignoring us and hoping we'll go away. Well, we're not. This is NOT the kind of way people should be treated.
The staff was friendly, the outside was clean and very appealing to the eye.
My bathroom didn’t work we had to move rooms, they said they couldn’t give me anything back unless Booking.com contacted them. The lights were out in my room. They said they were going to reach out but never did so I was charged full price for a very mediocre stay…

The ambrionic miasma of fectund bile and fermented feces was an aromatic stench that pervaded the entire hotel. I could never tell the source of origin. My best guess is Justin.
Great question. Everything besides the other guests. I suppose the hotel's general policies. The managerial staff are the greatest hive of scum and villany I hope you may never come to know.

There was no soap in the the soap dispenser. Only one remote for two TV’s. Also I asked for new set of towels for second guest and the attendant in the hall way ask me for my room number and never got them. It also took a long time for the water to get warm.

Didn't have room serviced during stay. Linens were not replaced. No Safe for valuables in room. A little expensive for the rating of service.
I love this hotel, perfect location, clean and quiet.
Even though I had a short stay, it would be nice if housekeeping would come in and take the used towels make the bed etc...
