I had a good stay. But some things could have been better. I could use a couple of breakfast voucher

There was no soap in the the soap dispenser. Only one remote for two TV’s. Also I asked for new set of towels for second guest and the attendant in the hall way ask me for my room number and never got them. It also took a long time for the water to get warm.

The location was great, close to restaurants and central to the surrounding cities.
The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The jacuzzi was not working while I was there.

Nothing. There was construction in the lobby and no heat

Cons:

The lobby was a mess. The pool was not open but was advertised and the reason I selected the hotel. I learned that it was closed. I wanted my last day cancelled and refunded. The lady at the front said I would be refunded but never was.

Fresh and clean for a one night stay. It was very comfortable, except the chair that was stained with secretions.

Cons:

We were not immediately greeted by staff when we came to the hotel. And the initial staff member appeared to have a disposition. She did her job but it was not with the courteous smile I’m used to at the Hilton. However, every other staff was pleasant and charming.
