Good hotel a solid option if you need to stay in the area, but a little too far from the metro
Pros:

The room is really big. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is of good quality. Noise isolation of the room is very good, haven't heard any neighbors at all during our stay.

Cons:

Location is somewhat far from the nearest metro station, so you have to take a tram or walk.
Air conditioning wasn't working that great and the windows don't open fully, so it felt hot even though we stayed in March.

Pros:

Das Hotel, die Lage und vorallem das Personal waren klasse. Das Frühstück war Abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei. In der Bar konnte man gemütlich etwas trinken und eine Kleinigkeit essen.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer waren die Silikonfugen von den Fenstern schon schwarz gewesen. Dieses vielleicht einmal erneuern.

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel mit Ambiente, einer schönen Bar und einem guten Restaurant. Lage direkt am Friedrichshain lädt zum Spazieren ein.

Cons:

Doppelbett lässt sich nur als Wunsch angeben, wird aber bis zum Checkin nicht zugesagt. Bei über 300 Betten sollte das im digitalen Zeitalter möglich sein.

Pros:

Unfortunately we never got to avail of our booking which we had paid for, as we were rushed out of the hotel and sent to a sister hotel due to some fire regulation.

Cons:

The fact that we paid on arrival. Yet an hour later, without having time to consider the change of circumstances we were hurried off to an alternative hotel.
