Pros:

There are no grocery stores nearby, but the staff was nice, and the room was comfortable. It is an old building, but in the morning there was an odor near the reception area. The room was comfortable and it works for short stays. Location was the biggest issue.

Pros:

Overall service. The servers at the buffet tried their best. The people at the counter were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The glutenfree bread came in heated plastic (it was factory made). BUT the personal sought me out, to provide it to me.
We were afraid of losing our parking space, so we left our cars at the hotel

Experiența plăcută
Pros:

Micul dejun foarte bun ,cu opțiuni multiple,pentru toate gusturile.
Curățenia deosebita,gradul de confort corect,pat și perne confortabile.
Zilnic era refăcut stocul de cafea și apa în camera.
Proximitatea mijloacelor de transport,parc in apropiere frumos.
Am descoperit târziu în apropiere un restaurant italian foarte bun,un restaurant spaniol și supermarket Edeka

Cons:

Personalul din recepție nu prea zâmbitor,cu o singura excepție.
Meniul de la restaurant pentru cina foarte foarte restrâns ,slab calitativ dar cu preț ridicat .Serviciul insa bun.
Am avut o camera deluxe cu vedere la punct de atracție dar vederea era în curtea interioară deși la check in am fost asigurată că este o camera cu view.
Comunicarea cu personalul ușor forțată, îți dă o senzație că deranjezi,ceea ce nu e normal când ești oaspete. Daca insa soliciți ceva ,exemplu papuci,halat,primești.
Totusi,la patru stele insa aveam mai multe așteptări.

Ein schönes zentrales Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub in Berlin
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Alexanderplatz und bei U- und Straßenbahn.

Cons:

Das Hotel war sehr gut besucht und dadurch beim Buffet zur Hauptfrühstückszeit nicht immer alles aufgefüllt. Auch gab es längere Wartezeiten an den 2 Kaffeeautomaten.

Goed hotel
Pros:

De hotelkamer is goed, wordt elke dag schoongemaakt, net als de badkamer. Elke dag wordt het bed opgemaakt, de koffiekopjes bijgevuld en een nieuwe fles water klaargezet. De handdoeken worden elke dag vervangen. Het ontbijt is erg goed.
Goede wifi-ontvangst. We konden de auto in de garage parkeren.
We zijn zeer tevreden.

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje is de geur in de gang en de lift. Het zou fijn zijn als ze de vloerbedekking zouden verwijderen.
