Sauber, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zur Kirche.

Cons:

Teilweise etwas abgenutzt.Teppichböden im Flur sehr unschön, Silikonfugen im Bad müssen dringend erneuert werden.

Pros:

De familiekamers zijn ruim opgezet. Beide bedden waren comfortabel en goed om op te slapen. Er is een kleine zithoek, wat ook heel fijn is als je met kinderen op vakantie bent. De kamer zag er nieuw en schoon uit. De badkamer is open, met alleen een glaswand voor de douche - dat was voor ons geen probleem. We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad! Parkeren was super, we hadden geluk dat er plek was bij aankomst. Ook de locatie van het hotel is goed, met verschillende trams voor de deur.

Familie med teenager på 3 dages ferie i Berlin. Perfekt beliggenhed hvis man er til at gå rundt og opleve byen.
Pros:

Gode senge og meget lidt larm på værelset selvom det er centralt i Berlin.

Cons:

Alt fungerede bare.

Great hotel at a great location, very close to Alexanderplatz and very well connected. Our room was overlooking the garden so it was very quiet. The hotel personnel was very friendly.

Goede bedden en service. Schoon en ‘s nachts rustig.

Cons:

Onze kamer was aan de zijkant van het hotel, ‘s morgens vroeg herrie van leveranciers of glas ophaaldienst.

Stilig hotell, fin restaurant og hyggelige ansatte.
Pros:

Super beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale, god frokost. Stort og luftig rom til 3 personer.

Cons:

Ikke helt rent da vi kom. Fant søppel etter forrige gjest under sengene, og en stor flekk på sittebenken. Ujevn temperatur på vannet i dusjen. Ble nesten brent.

Comfortable rooms
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the soundproofing was generally good. Air conditioning worked well. Rooms are tastefully decorated. The hotel is a 15 min walk from Alexanderplatz.

Cons:

We were told at reception that we got a complimentary upgrade when we actually bid and already paid for it at reception right before being told that.
The bathroom lights, as the bathroom was half open, were all coordinated from a single switch, which meant that if someone used the bathroom at night, turning on the light lit up the whole room. At least if there was a dimmer switch, it would have been less disturbing.
Cleaning staff were yelling on the corridors at 08 - 08:30 in the morning and being generally very loud.
No lotion or conditioner available in the room or even at reception for a cost.
