New Year Stay at Grand Kemang Hotel, Jakarta
We had a lovely New Year experience at Grand Kemang Hotel, Jakarta. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and family-friendly. The hotel surprised us with a thoughtful New Year setup in the room — a sweet cake, a welcome card, and cheerful decorations that made the celebration feel extra special.
The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a relaxing stay with children. The staff were very attentive and kind, always ready to help with a genuine smile. Little touches like this truly made the difference and created beautiful memories for our New Year celebration.

The staff is the best part of the experience. Rama and the rest of the front desk staff were excellent. The front door men, the staff at breakfast, the staff at Oro restaurant and Christian and the staff at 1920s. Truly kind and hardworking.
The facilities itself were not that great. Small cockroaches in the room. Bedding and towels smelled odd. Corners and crevices caked with old guck from over the years. Definitely needs to be updated.

Great straight forward hotel in a good location.
The staff were lovely but the place was dirty. The carpets were filthy and thd doors in the public bathroom's were really dirty. It was very damp and smelt like cigarettes.

Good hotel in a great central location in Kemang.
The hotel has two great restaurants - Oro & 1920 - while other good dining places are in easy walking distance.
Good service and food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Varities of delish Christmas food and desserts. The turkey is tender and cranberry sauce is available. The fruit cake is really extraordinary, just beyond my expectation. Hot black coffee is flowing.

Service was amazing, super friendly and accommodating. Additionally; the bar downstairs “1920s Lounge” has some of the best staff I’ve ever met, highly recommend staying here.

Its a nice clean hotel, but older. Tge carpet and the furnitures are bit outdated. But the staffs are nuce and helpful
