The room was nice, bed comfortable, shower good, breakfast with good selection. Liked the hot coffee and tea in the lobby. Staff was friendly and professional.
Waited 10 minutes for check in due to staff break. The pre-printed notice on the desk seemed to indicate that the desk is routinely unstaffed. For 2 tired travellers this was a big turn off.
Having to pay for parking on top of the room rate was a big surprise. I have never been asked to pay for parking at even the cheapest motel before. If you need to pay it should be included in the room rate.
I wasn't particularly fond of the request to sign up for your perks program when signing on to the Wi-fi. The way it was stated it felt like I was taking a chance for being charged by clicking to decline it.
Towels were poor quality.
The breakfast was good, very large room was nice. Pool was refreshing.
At breakfast, two different transients walked in to help themselves at the breakfast items, one shirtless. A third transient was found in the nearby restroom brushing his teeth.

We came back to room needing to shower and there were no towels. When I called they said they didn’t have any clean towels. After insisting we need something to dry our selves the young lady at front desk managed to find two towels(which I did appreciate because she didn’t leave us hanging. We had been moving my daughter into her new apartment and we absolutely needed to shower that night!!!

Long walk to my room
perfect location, close to the highway; provided a bottle of water at no charge when checking in.
The "scrambled eggs" were disappointing... they were tasteless powdered eggs with a weird texture and flavor. Thankfully they had hard boiled eggs that at least provided an alternate protein. Also, they charged $10 for parking, which was a surprise to us. Would have preferred that the listing indicated an extra fee for parking.
The breakfast was great, the bed was super comfortable and the room was large and renovated.
The refrigerator didn't have a freezer section. It would be perfect for our ice packs.
They should include the $10 a day parking fee into the rate.
We were choosing between this hotel and the one next door, and I’m really glad we picked Hampton. It was definitely the right choice. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a nice sofa bed that worked well for us. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Bed and couch were very comfortable. Large room. Big shower. Quiet location. Good breakfast. Secure building. Lunch and dinner facilities are nearby.
Toilet made a weird noise. TV was small. Parking charge is ridiculous given the location. Doors slam shut.
