Sol Luna Bay Resort

We loved our stay at Sol Luna Bay!! Thank you! We felt like every day the hotel was exceeding our expectations. The animation staff was amazing, and our kids loved the mini kids club! There was always something to o for them.We happened to stay at the hotel while our son was turning 5. To our surprise he received some treats from the hotel with a heartwarming note!
The hotel was always clean and well maintained.
There was a big variety of food, fresh and delicious. All five members of our family could always find something that they loved. The ladies on the kitchen and in the dining room were very nice and friendly.
Another surprise was a special dinner on Saturday which happened to be our last night with decorated dining room, music, champagne and party on the beach! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Nice place with private beach and very nice food.

I liked that you could pour your own get beer, wine and juices at the bar. This reduced the queuing to be served.

You need to get used to the layout to find the best way to get to and from the pool/beach areas.

Okolica bardzo ładna, Obzor w porównaniu z polskimi "kurortami" wręcz zachwycający, zupełnie inna liga. Plaża pusta w porównaniu z Polską, morze ciepłe, pogoda piękna, brak morzowców-parawaniarzy, sam obiekt bardzo fajny.
Z minusów:
- dosyć niespokojne i jak można wyczytać stosunkowo niebezpieczne morze
- jedzenie mocno średniej jakości, z kolei bardzo dobre drinki i wino
- baseny i zjeżdżalnie bardzo fajne, ale woda raczej chłodna i niestety zawierała jakieś zjadliwe bakterie czy wirusy - po opiciu się podczas zjeżdżania nastąpił efekt w postaci gorączki i 4 tygodniowego kaszlu...

Ogólnie Bułgaria stanowi ciekawą alternatywę dla pobytu nad Bałtykiem, ale poza Obzorem, Sozopolem, pięknymi plażami i kurortami kraj ten w żadnej mierze nie może rywalizować z Grecją czy Chorwacją.

Top stay in a great hotel. 100% deserves the 4 Stars it touts.

Staff were friendly and fully had service in mind.
Food was excellent for an all inclusive, lots of choice in a buffet with a few restaurants available.
Drinks were available all day until 11pm included. Any spirit and mixer or local (good) lager (staff will mix you any cocktail you want most of the time assuming you use the non-name brand spirits!)

Resort backs straight onto the beach with plenty of sun loungers available all with included parasols.

Two pools (one for kids) with a few activities through the day (didn't check these out personally).

Only downside was that for 3 of us lads staying in a room, one person had a sofa bed that was rather uncomfortable.

Obsor town is a short bus ride away, but we didn't even leave the hotel in our in the 5 days!

Would highly recommend to anyone interested in some pure chill in the sun with everything taken care of.

Just be mindful that transfer from Bourgas airport is a little over an hour.

The hotel îs very nice, big, situated exactly like in photos , on the beach. The service was very good, especially at the pool bar and lobby bar. Food was good, lot of choices, including in one day calamari and mussels. Regarding the drinks, onestly there weren't quite good , for exemple cola and beer - everything was local, but with no taste of cola/beer with litle alcohool. The room was very big, more than comfortable, cleaning was made everyday, towels changed daily. For us it was a perfect vacation, in a splendid location, exactly as wanted and expected. Not to forget, the animation team did a very good job, and The aquapark was perfect for adults, as well as for the kids. Definetely we would recomend it to anyone.

Hotel tranquille le long d'une belle plage, isolé de la ville la plus proche.
Le bâtiment est neuf et très fonctionnel,mais fait un peu "usine".
Piscine agréable.
Chambre propre et spacieuse.
Literie à peine acceptable.
Nourriture catastrophique: grasse, sans variété ni gout, il faut faire preuve d'imagination pour ne pas manger 'malbouffe'.

My friends and I have stayed at Sol Luna Bay resort two times. Simply stated, we like this hotel/resort very much! I feel that for what you get in terms of food, drink, and facilities Sol Luna Bay is a bargain and a great value for your money.

My entire family was quite dissapointed to find the following in a "4 Star" Hotel:
Low quality and genrally bad food, Dirty beach, $7/day parking fee, $25 per bach towel deposit, Waterlide advertised on site nonfunctional, TOO MANY FELLOW VACATIONERS (upwards of 1,500-2,000 people!), Low quality all-inclusive drinks and snacks and many other items.

Don't vacation here. There are many other wonderful places to take a break in Bulgaria.

Hotellet var helt supert,men vi følte at vi var på "leirskole" ,når vi skulle spise etter oppsatte tider.VI syns også at hotellet er altfor stort,blir så mye folk og bråk overalt.Dårlig at det ikke var en bar som var åpen litt lengre en til kl.23 og med litt musikk.Maten var helt super og stranda også.
