OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE
Pros:

It was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had in my life. This place is magical! Authentic design, premium service, amazing breakfast, people who work there and make you feel special on every step - these are just few of the values. I will definitely return back.

Pros:

Very nice surrounding a bit outside Arona. Helpful staff. Nice pool even the water was quite gold.

Cons:

Old building perhaps therefore the technique was not working fully. In the bathroom lights were blinking like in a disco. Luckily it improved a bit and therefore didn't harm too much.

Die Gabäude sind wunderschön und gepflegt, der Poolbereich ist toll!

Cons:

Da wir auf der Durchreise waren, war es für uns wichtig Schlaf zu finden! Leider wurden wir immer wieder von lautem tiefen Brummen gestört ,( Klimaanlage? Außentemperatur 35 Grad)das man auch mit Ohropax nicht ausblenden konnte. Das war schade. Die Umgebung, die Restaurants und das Personal waren 1A!

Soggiorno molto deludente. Un hotel che si definisce 5 stelle, a mio avviso, ne vale a malapena 2.
Pros:

Piscina e pool bar (e i due ragazzi Marco e Samuele che lavorano lì)

Cons:

Prima di tutto preciso che frequento abitualmente strutture e ristoranti di alto livello, in Italia e all’estero, e raramente mi è capitato di scrivere recensioni negative. In tanti anni non avevo mai riscontrato una così scarsa attenzione verso il cliente. Colpisce soprattutto che, durante tutto il soggiorno, nessuno si sia mai scusato per i disagi evidenti.

La prima sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante Le Fief. Dopo esserci seduti al tavolo, il manager mi ha chiesto di cambiarmi e indossare un pantalone lungo, nonostante fossi vestito in modo casual chic (camicia di lino e pantaloncino corto elegante). Il ristorante era mezzo vuoto e gli altri ospiti erano vestiti in modo assolutamente normale .

Ancora più deludente è stata la qualità del cibo: una delle peggiori esperienze gastronomiche in una struttura di questo livello. Antipasti al limite del mangiabile senza sapore e, in generale, rapporto qualità-prezzo intollerabile. Prima di concentrarsi sull’abbigliamento dei clienti, sarebbe opportuno occuparsi della qualità dell’offerta.

La notte è stata ancora peggiore: dalle 3 per circa un’ora urla e schiamazzi hanno reso impossibile dormire. In reception ho trovato cinque ragazzi al bar che urlavano e ridevano, mentre il receptionist non interveniva. Alla segnalazione mi è stato risposto che si trattava della sposa in hotel, come se questo giustificasse il disturbo agli altri ospiti. Con circa 1.000 euro per due notti, ci si aspetterebbe tutt’altro trattamento.

Il mattino successivo altri rumori provenivano dalla sala colazioni, essendo la camera adiacente. Abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati e la richiesta è stata accolta, ma con evidente fastidio. Inoltre, nonostante ci fosse stato detto che i bagagli sarebbero stati portati in camera, ho dovuto poi scendere personalmente a recuperarli nella precedente camera facendo tardi ad un appuntamento pomeridiano (e’ un hotel diffuso quindi gli spostamenti non sono così agevoli).

Sehr schönes und feines Hotel in guter Lage, jedoch ist die Technik in den Zimmern veraltet.
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit einem tollen großen Park und einem schönen Pool. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und in toller Atmosphäre. Die historische und fürstliche Raumausstattung war sehr besonders aber für ein solch gehobenes Hotel scheiterte es an gewissen technischen Elementen im Zimmer.

Cons:

Im ersten zugewiesenen Zimmer kam kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche. Wir mussten am zweiten Tag umziehen. Im neuen Zimmer konnte die Nachttischlampe rechts und links am Bett nicht aus beziehungsweise einschalten. Es fehlte schlichtweg ein Schalter. Man musste die Lampen ausstecken oder die Birne raus drehen. Ein daneben stehende Controller hatte keine Funktion. Auch mit technischer Unterstützung eines Personals konnte keine Abhilfe geleistet werden. Die Pool Öffnungszeiten für Gäste waren erst ab 11:00 Uhr möglich. Hier hätten wir uns gerne gewünscht, vor dem Frühstück ein paar Runden drehen zu können. Vermutlich ist Badeaufsicht Pflicht.

Green Experience
Pros:

The room was perfect (room in a castle) with great view on the garden, The garden outside was amazing and location is fantastic. Also DAN restaurant was excellent. Breakfast also excellent. Castle experience also great.

Cons:

All very nice indeed. A bit difficult to find the location and reception staff a bit too formal. Room cleaniness ok but can be improved. Castle environment is as expects.

Pros:

Tolles Anwesen, es ist sehr aufwändig, so ein Riesen Gelände und Gemäuer auf aktuellem Stand zu halten. Klassisch geschmackvoll gestaltet. Tolles frühstück.

Cons:

Es ist eine grosse Herausforderung, für so ein Hotel das richtige Personal zu finden. Sehr bemüht, aber nicht immer trittsicher.

Un paradiso ad un'ora da Milano
Pros:

Struttura davvero splendida, le foto online non le rendono ragione. All'interno di un parco c'é un castello visitabile che da solo vale il soggiorno. Tutti gli ambienti sono molto curati e le camere così come gli spazi comuni sono super puliti. Piscina fantastica. Colazione eccellente e il personale davvero cordiale, ospitale e molto professionale.

Cons:

Ho soggiornato in una junior suite e purtroppo per 3 gg non c'é stato verso di avere l'acqua calda, solo tiepida.
