Assolutamente non andare non merita assolutamente il 5 stelle

Un 5 stelle non può avere un letto matrimoniale con due materassi, perché dopo in mezzo si crea una spaccatura
Il bagno non entravo , non capisco come hanno fatto a dare la licenza
L’aria condizionata rumorosa
Per andare a fare colazione era fuori la struttura dovevi andare a piedi e in quel momento ha iniziato a piovere, l omino con la macchinetta non poteva venire a prendermi perché iniziava dopo le 08:30

I really liked the location, the facilities, and the unique history and story of the property. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the staff and service were excellent, and the breakfast was also great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

Castillo Dal Pozza is a magical hotel in an idyllic setting surrounded by natural beauty and the beautiful Lake Maggiore. This small, luxury property has maintained its deep rooted family history in its design and service. The staff is eager to serve and accommodate any and all requests.

Magnifique endroit avec un personnel très à l'écoute.
Pros:

Amabilité du personnel. Excellent petit déjeuner (copieux et de qualité: rien ne manque). Le restaurant vaut le détour: Beaucoup de fines surprises dans l'assiette.

Cons:

Chauffage du 4ème étage trop chaud. (le problème doit certainement être maintenant réglé) et remplissage de bac à verre (à 8h00 sous nos fenêtres).

Клопы!!! Неужели нельзя потравить насекомых. Огромные чёрные клопы летают и ползают по номеру. Сначала жили в самом замке. В этом номере клипы летают и ползают повсюду. Попросили ночью поменять номер на основное здание. Так и в нем тоже самое

Irreführende Werbung. Muss korrigiert werden. Im Schloss kann man gar nicht oder nur in 2 Bett Zimmern übernachten. Zustand mangelhaft. Die Unterbringung findet entgegen der Werbung in einem Nebengebäude statt. Der untere Stock des Gebäudes kann besichtigt werden aber dient nicht als Aufenthalt für Gäste. Personal ungeschult. Eine Möchtegerne Schloss Unterkunft. Ich kann nur abraten
