Great customer service

Reserved a 2-bedroom suite at this facility with plans for one son to sleep on sofa bed as our stay was only one night. At 11:00 p.m. opened sofa bed to discover it is a hard platform, there is no mattress or other padding. Called front desk with request for comped single room so son can sleep on bed. Charged $150 for second room (already paid $250 for suite). Basically hostage at this point. Many calls to hotel management not answered. Complaint sent through corporate site with response thanking me for my feedback and noting my satisfaction with the cleanliness of the room. $50 refunded so still out $100 for the second room.

We chose this based on the location right off the interstate, but it was really not the best choice. On the upside----the staff was great!!!! Also, there were signs out that renovations were being done. Unfortunately, they had not been done in our room.
It was fine for one night and I'm sure that after the renovations are made, it will be much better. It does have the kitchen area, a nice sitting area, and breakfast was good.

In a business area and hard to find in dark. Very tiny everything. Room was clean but very dated! Scratches and chips on counters and fridge. Did not have breakfast but room was tiny...maybe 4 tables. Very old building. All rooms had bathtub/shower combos and tiny. Can't stress enough.

Annette was very wonderful during check in! She gave me all the info I needed for my stay, she was very polite and sweet!!!

I was in town for business. This hotel is great. Rooms were clean and the customer service was outstanding! I will stay here again next time I am in town.

Got in a little later than expected and was not in a good mood but the vibe here was exceptional. Convenient location and clean room for my few days there made things even better. Will definitely stay again.

I was visiting the area for work at Barksdale Air Force Base, & with this location only being about 10 minutes away, it proved to be the most convenient. It'd been quite some time since I last visited the area & a lot has changed. But the staff was extremely helpful with providing suggestions on things to do & places to eat. The room was quaint & quiet at night, making the stay enjoyable. Would book here again for any future work assignments.

The customer service here was amazing. I never know what to expect when booking hotels nowadays but this staff made my stay here worth it. I will definitely be back

Room was clean and comfortable, front desk was rather accommodating and easy to talk to! Location was also very convenient for my activities while visiting. Would definitely come back again.

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves in Bossier City/Shreveport being with family, and TownePlace did a phenomenal job with tending to our needs while being there and giving great ideas on what we can do on our free time. Would definitely book a room with them again.

I had a great stay here when visiting my family for the week. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Shominique was very sweet always came by to check on my and the kid she loveddddd my kid and always was there to check and talk with him, she’s a wonderful cleaner and a great ear listener she made my stay very welcoming and never had to worry about a dirty room
