Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly noted as very kind, helpful and attentive (early check-in accommodated, 'personale gentilissimo', 'staff meraviglioso').
Location

Good for hospital visits and convenient parking (near Policlinico/San Marco), but several guests note little around the hotel or slightly distant from Bergamo — mixed but generally acceptable for purpose.

Multiple mentions of good price/quality ('Ótimo custo x benefício', 'Perfektní poměr cena/výkon'); generally seen as a solid value, though some note dinner prices as high.
