La ubicacion es central

Tuve una muy mala experiencia en este hotel. En las fotos, las habitaciones parecen mucho más modernas de lo que realmente son. El hotel se ve bastante viejo y claramente necesita una renovación. Además, mi habitación olía a humedad.

Adicionalmente, olvidé mi pequeño parlante en la habitación, sobre el escritorio. Me di cuenta unas horas después. Llamé al personal del hotel y supuestamente buscaron por todas partes, pero no encontraron nada. Incluso volví al hotel, pero no me dejaron entrar a buscar en la habitación, a pesar de que no había nadie hospedándose allí. Insistieron en que no había ningún parlante.

Finalmente, tuve que salir de Berlín y escribí una queja al hotel, porque en realidad ya no se trataba solo del parlante, sino de la confianza, que es fundamental a la hora de reservar un hotel. Este tipo de cosas no deberían pasar. También les dije que no volvería a reservar con ellos y que dejaría mi caso por escrito en Booking.

Fue entonces cuando me escribieron diciendo que el parlante ya había aparecido. Y ahora, además, me toca a mí pagar el envío del parlante. Cuando reclamé por esto, simplemente dejaron de responderme.

En fin, igual les envié la etiqueta para que me mandaran el paquete, y llevo una semana esperando sin que pase nada.

Terrible servicio, pésima atención al cliente, malos procesos internos de objetos perdidos y una gran falta de respeto hacia el cliente. Por favor, no reserven aquí.

Für einen Kurzurlaub empfehlenswert
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, nicht weit weg vom Hauptbahnhof, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und in der Umgebung Restaurants und Supermarkt. Das Hotel ist ganz okay, man hat alles was mach braucht. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut.

Cons:

Insgesamt ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt an manchen Stellen etwas abgewohnt. Ist aber alles noch in einem vertretbarem Rahmen

Close to Hauptbahnhof train station so good access to train networks, staff helpful .
