It was ok I dont feel it was worth £200 though
Pros:

We both suffer with chronic illness and we're on the 4th floor the lift worked twice the whole time we were there we checked on each floor as we went done the many stairs to see if the lift door had been shut correctly which it had been but still failed to work 90% of the time and the breakfast wasn't the greatest but the staff were mostly lovely and the place was very clean the rooms were small and nothing fancy i was hoping for the £200 for the night it would be slightly more luxurious but the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The food and the lift never working properly

Clifton Review
Pros:

Almost everything, it was a very kind and welcoming experience. The lobby was fantastic, the hotel was very cozy and the views were amazing! The staff especially were wonderful and very helpful.

Cons:

Not sure what could be done about this, but during the night the fridge started to make internment grinding noises, for several mins at a time. This woke us up, and it was hard to go back to sleep at first. Furthermore, the toilet was very loud when it came to the water tank filling up, and it took about 10 mins for it to fill up and stay quiet again.

Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff helped with parking as there were no spaces available.

Cons:

That the car park wasn't available due to half the spaces being reserved when it should be first come first to park. The pillows were rock hard so didn't sleep well..
