Great location, parking available so added bonus. Lovely breakfast, clean and really comfortable bed.
The staff were all exceptional, Liz checked us in and she was great, really helpful and patient. All the staff that we met during our stay were extremely polite and friendly especially when it came to helping me with my Mum and her mobility problems.
It was all great, the only thing was the lift because people kept forgetting to close the internal door so the lift wouldn’t come when called and you had to play hint down the lift. I was ok but my Mum has mobility issues so really needed the lift. The staff were great though and helped..
The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was a bargain and great quality items for an extra £11.
There were no visible plug sockets in the whole room, we had to move furniture (bed sides and dressing table) to get to a socket.
Nice clean hotel lovely friendly staff
Friendly staff, nice clean spacious bedroom! Lovely breakfast.
Nothing
Close to the location I was meeting my friends for their 60th birthday celebrations
Most of the staff I spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful. The night porter however didn’t seem to know anything.
The hotel was great for us as we came to see Bowling for Soup and being close to the air theatre was brilliant.
My only issue was there weren't enough sockets in the room and could have benefited from a window as the room got warm during the night and only had the patio doors.
The location, clean and lovely friendly staff
It’s a little dated- could do with an update
Near open air venue.
Was not aware I had to book a parking spot. I picked the hotel as parking on site and I am disabled. Unable to park kn site..
It’s a fantastic location with great views !! The hotel was comfortable, clean & great value !! The staff were really helpful & friendly !!
The bar meals were average but at least they offered a choice !! I’d still give it 7 out of 10 !!
Close to open air theatre
Windows unable to open except 1 with 4 inch gap. No fresh air and too hot
The hotel is in a perfect location, clean and comfy beds. Staff very friendly.

3 night stay price was very reasonable staff on the reception were very friendly
It’s an old hotel that has had some refurbishment ( badly done though) we had 3 night stay and were given coffee pods for the machine just for 1st night we had to buy 4 more from reception .
Bathroom window doesn’t open and no extractor fan.
Bed was ok tv small and picture was not good quality ( if that’s important we just watched the World Cup match )
Helpful staff, great views, clean and recently redecorated.
Lack of parking, steep path to the beach, lack of restaurant, lift could be put out of action by guests not following instructions.
Location on sea front
Rooms outdated with no window to open and boiling hot.
