Pros:

Room was beautiful, decor, excellent, wallpaper intriguing.
Breakfast was excellent, great service and very pleasant staff.
Food on all 3 days was excellent - different in each location we selected and all great in their own way.

Cons:

We regularly go away for a weekend and 1 of us always spends a few hours on Friday evenings gaming online, This was not possible at Cameron House, as you have set up your TV to ensure nobody can access the internet. We were very disappointed that out of many venues we have stayed in, yours is the only one we have met with this problem. Staff were pleasant and understanding but could not help.

On at least one morning, pastries were not fresh that morning.

There was a delay when we asked for salt at the breakfast table and we were surprised that A: there was no salt on the table and B: it was apparently so hard to find us any when we asked...!

Great location for pubs and food after a days sight seeing

Great location. Keswick is a great spot.

Cons:

The toilet was very close to the wall making it difficult to sit on. Although I am 6 ft.

Great location, staff were lovely and breakfast tasty!

Cons:

A £25 charge for one night for a dog is excessive and had nothing to show for it. We had stayed in two other hotels in the lakes on this trip one with no extra charge and one charged £10. The £10 charge included a dog bowl, water bowl, treats, a toy and poo bags…. I fully understand a small surcharge for a dog but this felt a bit unnecessary.
