A wonderful, comfortable stay
Pros:

Excellent location, convenient parking to rear. Good sized bedroom with huge bed! All staff were friendly and attentive. Had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Cons:

The room we had was a bit of a trek from reception… in a heatwave! Air con needed in the rooms as they were VERY hot but it was a heatwave so not really the hotels fault!

Good location. Good breakfast and attentive staff in the breakfast room.

Cons:

Not one fire warning sign on the entire length of the floor our room was located on I.e. no running green man signs, no emergency exit signs, or evacuation direction signs, no signs to say if the corridor doors were fire doors, and if they were, they were frequently propped open. This surely is a breach of Health & Safety regulations. Floorboards in corridor were very creaky.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location but quite expensive, especially for our dog to stay.

Hotel based in the centre of Keswick for a great night sleep.
Pros:

The hotel is decorated lovely. It had a nice feeling to it, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The hotel accommodated for athletes who were up at 4:30am for a local triathlon with access to some breakfast. I would definitely use the hotel again in the future.

Lovely hotel-
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, staff lovely, breakfast was great

Cons:

Room quite small and far too hot- no fan in room.
Had to keep window open as so hot but then noise from outside was loud- could hear people drinking outside pub til past 1am
