Lovely hotel in the heart of Keswick.
Pros:

The staff are really good. From reception for restaurant, they are all super helpful.

Cons:

It’s not a big issue, but I just felt there was too many chairs in the room. And there wasn’t anywhere to put bags out of the way.
Three chairs and 2 tables in a small room is a bit much for me, I’d rather have the floor space.

A refreshing break
Pros:

The room was in excellent state of decoration and had all the amenities we could wish for. Breakfast was taken in a pleaasant room and the food was excellent

It was quite a trek to the bedroom due to the age and build of the hotel

Unfortunately not good.
Cons:

The amount of noise while trying to sleep, large generator type noise from outside the room window and then a lot of noise from the corridors, horrendous sleep for both em and my partner, this is the second time this year we have experienced this staying with yourselves.
