Pros:

Location is great for families with children as there are so many playgrounds and kids club activities for all ages. The food was good, tasty and diverse. Great facilities!
Our room was bigger than I expected so that was a nice surprize.
Although its a family hotel and many children are running around and being loud, the room is surprisingly good soundproof and we didnt hear sounds from the neighbours room.

Großartig für Groß und Klein – rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Zimmer richtig gross (auch zu 4, mit 2 Zusatzbetten) und sauber, freundliches Personal, tolles Angebot für Familien (lässige Pools, Spielplätze, Indoor Angebot auch für größere Kids), wir hatten eine super Zeit - hier stimmte Alles.

Pros:

This hotel is a little paradise for families with children. They have truly thought of everything!
This is the first hotel that has ever sent me a checklist before our arrival, asking if we needed any special things in the room for our child, such as a diaper bin, baby bath, and more. You have created a completely new dimension of a family resort, and from now on, I will compare every hotel we stay at with yours.

It was also the first hotel to surprise my wife with a special birthday surprise in our room. Thank you so much for these thoughtful gestures. They may seem like small things, but they are very important to us because they show how much you genuinely care about your guests.

We are truly grateful and will definitely be coming back!

Don’t go here unless you have kids under 6 and also you don’t want to do anything for yourself as an adult
Pros:

This is the most expensive hotel I have ever visited and it really was an awful experience. If you have little kids and want to go to bed early then it’s ok, but seriously save your money, there is so much better out there.

The main issue is the restaurant, there is only buffet and it’s totally rammed with kids everywhere, hands in the food, food over the floor it’s just so horrible. We managed to escape after 3 nights there.

The small pool has one slide but the water isn’t deep enough so kid hits the floor on landing. The 2 other pools are way too deep for little kids. The 1 lifeguard we spotted was on her phone all the time.

There is nothing here for adults. The bar is like a library, there is no music, I just felt so depressed here and my 9yo was so fed up as so many little kids everywhere and nothing for big ones.

We moved to Pical hotel in Porec and for the same price it is just totally incredible. We were so glad to escape!

The sea is nice and the inflatables in the sea are nice but extra charge (not part of the hotel) it’s a pubic beach
