This is the 2nd time I’ve booked a reservation with Spark. My first experience was awesome which prompted me to book it
Pros:

Room space, parking. Checking in and out was smooth.

Cons:

SHOWER PRESSURE WAS VERY WEAK!!! Needs major improvement.

FITNESS ROOM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED WITH BETTER WORKING EQUIPMENT.
Elliptical Machine was broken.

Lack of insulation strips allowed lighting from outside our door into the room. Had to use towels to block out the light during sleeping.

Don't stay here!!!!
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was not personable AT ALL, the pool and hot tub were closed without explanation, the room had dirty floors (including something red ?) the headboards of the bed were disgusting, pillows had a STRONG scent of men's cologne, ice machine was broken, it was NOT a buffet breakfast...we had to go out for breakfast to get a decent meal.

The Hotel needs some attention
Pros:

This was the perfect location for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility itself is showing it's age. The wallpaper in the breakfast room wall falling off the wall and there is a hole in the ceiling where a repair needs to be made.
