Good breakfast and close to the airport during a quick in and out trip
Shuttle is the use of GOAT. it was good from the airport but ended up using uber from the hotel because of access to local bus wasn't easy.

Staff not so helpful
The breakfast was great it took a bit long as they don't have all the equipment they need to how busy the breakfast was. Hopefully they are given more equipment but the staff was so nice about it and working fast and accommodating while cheerful.
The bathtub a little outdated.
I liked the location and breakfast. It was pretty clean.
The bed was uncomfortable and the guest upstairs sounded like they were purposely stomping as hard they could (not the hotels fault).
I reserved a King suite, it was a little past the deadline time to check in but I called, let them know I was omw, told them what time I’d be arriving and asked if they’d hold the room and they said yes. Staff were very friendly and professional.
Honestly I don’t have any complaints.
Property was clean.
Homeless were present on the property physically fighting. The couple were in a verbal confrontation and then they got physical. My wife had to call the front desk to let them know about the situation which they did see on the cameras. The bathroom had a pretty bad smell. The jacuzzi was not in working condition due to the heater did not work until the last day when we were leaving.
Worked well for what we needed. Great location overall.

Excelente desayuno... excelente servicio del personal.... excelente habitación...
La encargada de la cocina no observa y no quita la mirada cuando estamos escogiendo el desayuno ....siempre que bajamos a desayunar es los mismos...ase como 1 año o 2 años reservamos muy seguido...y era lo mismo con la encargada y este año regremos a reserva y la encargada sigue igual......es lo único que no nos agrado...
