Food excellent
Nothing
The location is outstanding with views of the Irish Sea and pier.
The wait staff were outstanding and the quality of the food was very high.
The front desk folks were very helpful in ordering taxis and answering all questions.
There were no issues.
Excellent staff. Fabulous breakfast
I paid extra for a sea view but this required me to go out onto a balcony. Would have been fine on a warmer day
Very clean and comfortable
Beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff were all lovely, very attentive and friendly. The lusciously warm pool and the jacuzzi were a delight.
All of it the reception lady Claire was so lovely

The whole weekend was perfect
The attention by the staff was what you would expect in a 6. Star hotel
Great location, first time in Llandudno, very nice little town.
The room i had overlooked the carpark (fine...i didnt pay for a sea view). But there was a chiller or extractor fan running all night..not loud but a mosquito like level of noise nuisance.
Given the first thing you want from a hotel is a place to sleep id suggest...either replace the rear windows with double glazed units....or sort out the fan
Situation was lovely , food and spa facilities excellent
Bathroom, shower door on the bath not high enough, shower too low. I am 5ft 9. Bed small and tv very difficult to change channel as remote was cheap. ( room 324 )
Breakfast always great and room lovely
Bed quite hard.
Food was excellent both breakfast and especially evening meals which were of a standard expected from much more expensive restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
Original bedroom which was changed to a far better one on the top floor more suitable for a longer business stay.
Spa facilités are very dated and cold.
Food was good, Breakfast and dinner. Pleasant outlook over the sea.
Very poor old television...most frustrating. We were looking forward to watching match of the day and NO BBC. Limited carparking.
Old world style and service and great location
Breakfast was very poor
