The whole weekend was perfect
The attention by the staff was what you would expect in a 6. Star hotel
Great location, first time in Llandudno, very nice little town.
The room i had overlooked the carpark (fine...i didnt pay for a sea view). But there was a chiller or extractor fan running all night..not loud but a mosquito like level of noise nuisance.
Given the first thing you want from a hotel is a place to sleep id suggest...either replace the rear windows with double glazed units....or sort out the fan
Situation was lovely , food and spa facilities excellent
Bathroom, shower door on the bath not high enough, shower too low. I am 5ft 9. Bed small and tv very difficult to change channel as remote was cheap. ( room 324 )
Food was excellent both breakfast and especially evening meals which were of a standard expected from much more expensive restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
Original bedroom which was changed to a far better one on the top floor more suitable for a longer business stay.
Spa facilités are very dated and cold.
Breakfast always great and room lovely
Bed quite hard.
Food was good, Breakfast and dinner. Pleasant outlook over the sea.
Very poor old television...most frustrating. We were looking forward to watching match of the day and NO BBC. Limited carparking.
Old world style and service and great location
Breakfast was very poor
The room was big separate shower and bath the breakfast was nice ,
The bed was very hard the pillows weren't the best ,and the main thing the room was way too hot ,even when the radiators were switched off( we did ask if it could be turned down they said it couldn't) ,so we didn't sleep very well ,at all ,when we booked in we did come early and asked a member of staff on the desk if the room would be ready before 3pm she said come back at 1 30pm ,so we did another 2 members of staff completely ignored us ,one was on her phone ,so not impressed at all,the Sunday morning breakfast was a shambles, instead if it being a buffet breakfast they said we will serve you at the table ,which was fine ,until they got all orders mixed up and only 2 members of staff on ,so again not good service for a so called top hotel if they were going to do table service why on earth would you not have an a4 size paper and just write down what you want with your table number on? There were other couples moaning about the service to,rooms were shabby needs new carpets and furniture, stained ,on the whole we won't be stopping there again we did not think it was worth it we were expecting a lot more attention to detail and it being organised ,for the money we paid
Location and it has maintained its standards.
The old windows let the wind through.
Staff helpful and friendly - car park ideal lovely place to stay

Everything
Nothing
Very good
On a evening it would have been nice for a little music etc after we came out from our evening meal.
The hotel and staff are amazing. Special mention to Michelle on breakfast service, she absolutely brightens any day. The reception staff were great, greeted us by name and were amazingly helpful.
Some things were dated but the absolute immaculate cleanliness and clear care and attention to detail more than made up for that.
Great
