Fantastic breakfast
Location good
The meal on the Tuesday night wasn't that good
The beef very dry, the cod was in a soup like consistently
The staff, especially front of house, were exceptional.
Everything I want to say
Nothing
Room excellent. Nothing broken or not working. Bathroom lovely and spacious.
Everything just fine.
The view from the bedroom at the back of the hotel was amazing, watching the sun go wow. Very helpful and friendly staff throughout the business.
breakfast was very good it was help your self & was offered alternatives if reqd. The room was clean & spacious as we expected. the swimming pool was a good size & the sauna a treat. the staff always helpfull & obliging
Nothing negative from my point of view
The staff are all very polite and friendly, from reception to the cleaning staff to the waiting staff.
The breakfast buffet is super, tasty sausage and bacon (not over salty). Nice selection of cereals and fruits and other options available by request.
We have stayed here a few times and this was the smallest room we have had but by no means a shabby or underwhelming one. Really nice sized bathroom.
The pool is very welcome and the hotel is really well situated for the town too!
The mattress was a little soft, not really to my liking. I’d have liked an extra pillow which I probably could have acquired if I’d asked but many hotels have them in a wardrobe or similar.
A lovely hotel in an excellent seafront position. A short walk to the pier and very handy for shops on Mostyn Street as well as the retail park.
The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was very clean if a little dated.
Enjoyed the buffet breakfast (optional other choices are available). We didn’t have an evening meal but the menu looked good.
Each evening there is live instrumental music in the bar eg a pianist one night, harpist another which is a nice touch whilst having a drink.
We used the pool which was good.
Very clean great views and not far from the town
All aspects of our stay were very good...Staff excellent in all areas
Position of hotel ideal,
Breakfast fresh, hot and enjoyable
Bar staff polite and efficient as were reception staff.
Met cleaners on corridor...all spoke and were friendly
Just a little frustration
Bathroom...there was a small shelf above toilet with soap etc
Would have liked ?? table under window in bathroom to put personal toiletries rather than try balance on side of bath
An old interesting building
Noisy radiators in the middle of the night.
First class hotel
Food room how clean it was
Staff were so friendly & helpful. Food was excellent, lovely breakfast and after trying dinner in the restaurant on first night, we ate there every night. It was very good. Rooms cleaned every day, nice towels, dressing gowns & slippers.. very comfy beds. Decor a little dated in some areas but everywhere was very clean. Great location.
Pool & spa area is very tired and not very appealing.
Character, spaciousness, staff helpfulness and friendliness
We would have preferred a king size bed.....room big enough for one.
From the moment I arrived, until I left, always greeted with a smile by whoever I came across. The breakfast was superb - with an additional menu if you preferred not to help yourself to quality produce - from the tomato to the yoghurt! The swimming pool and jacuzzi were superb!!
Really have no criticism whatsoever!
