Pros:

Location, location and location!

Cons:

In my opinion, this hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Furniture is old, bathroom is completely out of date and didn't have mini fridge

A wonderful exprience was had.
Pros:

Having stayed at The Imperial Hotel previously I knew what to expect, however this stay was much better, I received a lovely welcome from the person on reception who explained everything I needed to know including the fire alarm practice on Wednesday morning at 10:30.
My room was lovely it was a very large room with excellent en suite facilities, comfy furniture and I was able to relax in comfort. My room was cleaned/tidied everyday with tea coffee and buscuits repleshed daily
The food was excellent I ordered from the 'Terrace Menu' the service was quick and efficient, the staff were friendly and helpful and my waistline grew over the week! In fact I enjoyed my stay so much I booked an extra day.
I will be making plans to stay again later this year.

Cons:

My room was I think the furthest room away from reception which made carrying my suitcase with another bag difficult, on floor two (where my room was) I had five fire doors and three steps to navigate.

Most enjoyable....................we intend to return
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently placed in the centre of the promenade with the town within easy walking distance. The staff were most helpful and friendly........nothing was too much for them. We stayed in the hotel for dinner rather than go out and the food and the service were excellent. All told, thoroughly recommendable .

Cons:

??? totally satisfied!
