Great spa hotel but not included in price
Pros:

Good size bedroom, good spa day facilities, good breakfast spread,

Cons:

Outside hot tub local users were smoking and drinking alcohol which wasn't nice to see and they were playing loads music. As they areebers they feel more obliged to do what they want as said by user El-Louise

Barenu and dinner isn't that great it's not fresh cooked but more like microwave and oven cooked ready meal especially the mash potato

Room 205 the floor boards are really squeaky and the whole door rattles when you walk

Value for money, Relaxing & Comfortable
Pros:

Room was value for money, Spa access included for evening session and early morning session before checkout.
Breakfast was lovely, Highly recommend.

Cons:

Flooring was very creaky in our room, was hoping we was not disrupting adjacent rooms by walking to and from the toilet at night.

Perfect comfortable overnight stay with gorgeous spa
Pros:

It’s lovely and whilst located in a fairly large village, it’s ticked away in a pretty semi rural setting.

The spa facilities are fabulous and I enjoyed starting the day with a swim, sauna, steam and the hot/ cold shower experience.

Cons:

Some decor elements are a little tired but it’s all lovely and clean.

The loud guests using the spa, voices echo and boom in that space and it’s a shame people aren’t more considerate of others.

Pros:

The spa was good value and the treatments and staff were very good. Reception is always really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Restaurant could have had more variety. It has changed though the years. It used to be a good Italian restaurant but now is a generic style menu. The rooms don't have thermostats or air conditioning, all you have is a valve on a radiator or a window.

Terrible was of money
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Had to pay an additional £40 for access to spa when it was advertised on here as included with price of room. Was told spa closed 9pm yet was kicked out at 8:30pm.

Was told 7am to 9am was free for hotel guests. Arrived down at 6:55am to be told Jacuzzi wouldnt open till 7:30, ended up opening at 7:45am so we only got 1 hour 15 instead of 2 hours.

Rooms are terrible. Like 1960s. Carpets filthy, ceiling covered in mould, bath taps not working!

Pros:

Great location. Pity it rained throughout my stay

Reception staff were excellent

Cons:

Soundproof rooms not soundproofed. I heard everyone walking past the room, and I was next to the car park and could hear everything outside. Got food poisoning from my evening meal. Restaurant staff extremely slow. I was asked if I wanted to order my main course - I’d ordered it. I was asked if I wanted a dessert - I’d just eaten it.
