A smallish room (244) compared to some of the rooms in the hotel, bed was nice and comfy, the water supply in the bathroom was not very good and struggled to get any really cold water out of the cold tap. Compared to some of the rooms which have a nice table and chair at which you can work at with your laptop, this roof was on the small size but adequate for my one night stay
Room was a small size, poor water supply in the bathroom and the cold tap even after running for several minutes was still quiet warm .
Really nice! Was staying over as had to be at appointments in Leeds two consecutive days.. nice to drive 25 mins out the city to stay here and have easy parking and peace and quiet! Lovely staff, great room, and the gym and spa are superb. Decent restaurant, had a vegan pie and was substantial and a quite nice

Breakfast not included and £15 additional for the spa facilities. Check in was completed by the chef who came out with a bowl of food in his hand.

Not sure we will visit again
Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable just becoming dated. English breakfast was good but pastries were dry and I didn't notice any available fruit/yoghurt. Restaurant staff again were friendly but need to be a little more attentive with service. Steak was cooked to my liking. I cannot comment on facilities as not used, overnight business stay only. Plenty of room for parking car.
Price for room is acceptable but maybe should of included breakfast.
Location
Room was very dated Bed was uncomfortable. A wedding was on and our room was near the wedding party, the noise was unbearable until very late.
The breakfast was a joke. Not enough staff on to cope, tables not set, dirty dishes not cleared away. Not enough food laid out. We went to complain, but no Duty Manager at the hotel to tell just weekend staff who were not interested.
Breakfast was brilliant. Nice and hot and plenty of choice.
We only stopped one night and did not come across anything we did not like.
