Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and a gorgeous spa in a beautiful setting.
Not easy to get about! Colour coordinated routes to at least 1st and 2nd floor would be good!!!
The area and surroundings were beautiful
The bedrooms and upstairs resembled an old people’s home, the carpets were dirty and threadbare. The bedroom needed updating. There was a fault with the alarm system and it kept going off during the night, early morning and waking me up. It was expensive to stay there and I still had to pay to use the spa facilities, the shower was operated by the bath taps, you had to turn on the cold water first, which soaked you, then turn on the hot tap and keep twiddling the taps until you get the temperature right. A staff member didn’t turn up to do a beauty session, she didn’t phone in or anything just didn’t turn up, so I was unable to get my last treatment.
Wasn’t worth the money at all.

Went to get food and was met by a rude girl who said they would come get our order 25minuites later had to go and look food was awful and not much and the food smelt that it had been cooked with another product being a vegan I did not consume

The room, no air-conditioning or fan, the window in the room wouldn't open
The sealant around the bath was black and mouldy
There was only 1 biscuit for the two of us
