Great location. Pity it rained throughout my stay
Reception staff were excellent
Soundproof rooms not soundproofed. I heard everyone walking past the room, and I was next to the car park and could hear everything outside. Got food poisoning from my evening meal. Restaurant staff extremely slow. I was asked if I wanted to order my main course - I’d ordered it. I was asked if I wanted a dessert - I’d just eaten it.

Being scared due to staying in a room opposite where guest kickin off smashing room had police arrive spoilt evening late check out for an hour late n free breakfast hotel thinks that's enough
Nice rooms and nice food
There was the fans outside was really loud all night didn’t sleep good at all
Planned evening dinner at a restaurant, worst decision ever. Firstable staff are young and not trained enough to do their job. Table as not cleaned after customers and was not prepared. Food is terrible, so if someone decided to order 8 oz steak better order something else. Plain and not worth the money.

Bathroom very dated, black under taps and shower screen. Very noisy from about 7.30am from cleaners and people in the hot tubs outside our bedroom window and the bed was very hard.
Spa facilities, rooms are comfy and the building has character.

The beds were super comfy, the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was really nice too, lots of choice of food and drinks.
The foot spas weren't working and also the hydropool, we could use the hydropool but it wasnt working.
