Booked for the Gym but when got there told wasnt open

Smoker outside my window, chatting during the evening and through the night, it was so hot in the room, you had to have the windows open, so it’s really a catch 22 situation. Do you have the window open? Do you not have the window open either way too hot or smoke smell. No air-conditioning in any of the rooms.

The spa restrictions for hotel guests. It’s not made entirely clear that there are restrictions in place for hotel guests.
The room was dated and the tv didn’t have any signal, regardless of how we moved it.
Their spa is nice
