Beautiful property, nice restaurant, friendly staff. Electric sockets next to bed
Bathroom very dated, black under taps and shower screen. Very noisy from about 7.30am from cleaners and people in the hot tubs outside our bedroom window and the bed was very hard.
Spa facilities, rooms are comfy and the building has character.
The staff were exceptional, from reception to the spa.
Pool is small
Check in was quick an the staff on check in were very friendly and helpful.
The beds were super comfy, the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was really nice too, lots of choice of food and drinks.
The foot spas weren't working and also the hydropool, we could use the hydropool but it wasnt working.

They said soundproof. I don't think so needs up dating looking very old. I had a superior room but a 2 seater in a small room does that make it superior.

The spa was really good, staff in the restaurant were great , the lady manager was so helpful with my disabled wife.
Payed for a 25 minute facial but only lasted 15 minutes at the most, the young girl didn't wear gloves and just rubbed loads of oil on my wife's face
A smallish room (244) compared to some of the rooms in the hotel, bed was nice and comfy, the water supply in the bathroom was not very good and struggled to get any really cold water out of the cold tap. Compared to some of the rooms which have a nice table and chair at which you can work at with your laptop, this roof was on the small size but adequate for my one night stay
Room was a small size, poor water supply in the bathroom and the cold tap even after running for several minutes was still quiet warm .
Really nice! Was staying over as had to be at appointments in Leeds two consecutive days.. nice to drive 25 mins out the city to stay here and have easy parking and peace and quiet! Lovely staff, great room, and the gym and spa are superb. Decent restaurant, had a vegan pie and was substantial and a quite nice
