Lovely hotel, great hospitality
Pros:

Loved everything about our stay at the Quincy Hotel! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the location is great (on a quiet street just off Orchard Road), and our room was super comfortable with a high ceiling and full wall-to-wall window. It was a relaxing and place to come back to after a full day out exploring Singapore, and I'd definitely choose the Quincy again on future trips!

It felt like staying with friends.
Pros:

It was a lovely boutique, hotel. The pool matched the photos. The room was quite spacious for Singapore.. and the staff were exceedingly helpful. I had been checked out for hours and they offered me to freshen up in the locker room shower before I went to the airport.. they also offered me snacks and drinks to make sure I was hydrated and comfortable.. I have never encountered this level of hospitality!

I really can’t think of anything.

We really love the hotel and the people working there.

Besides the hotel location, the staff and crew were all very nice, friendly and accommodating. We will book here again.

Excellent Service!
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, especially Angela who was very kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. She made sure we were comfortable and assisted us whenever we needed help.

The room was always clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything organized and fresh.

Overall, the hotel provides very good service, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel because of their professionalism and excellent customer care. Good location too!

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Complimentary ice cream and snacks and drinks is a nice touch.
Good value for Singapore and a short layover stay.

Cons:

For two people and luggage the room wasn't the easiest fit for such a nice hotel but that would be the only negative really.
Can't really complain about anything else. Got the gym, sauna and a pool.

Absolutely crap hotel, cold breakfast and hot rooms.
Pros:

Nothing at all as no air con and the water from the shower was leaking into the bedroom.

Cons:

1st morning we woke up sweating to no electric, the hotel staff tried to help and moved us to a different room, in the 2 nd room we spent the 2nd and 3rd night, woke up on 2nd night sweating with no AC at 3am, called reception they advised we have no work person that can come fix it will send someone in the morning. Waited till 10.30am but no one showed up, went down and the lady said oh we didn’t want to disturb you, we advised we not slept all night we were told in the night someone will come have a look at 8am she apologised and said she would come up with us after breakfast, she went up and accepted it was hot in the room and will have it looked at and will give a fan.

That evening when we came back from outside the room was warm, the lady came up and said oh not sure what’s going on will have to speak to someone and come back to us, she also advised they had been motoring the room in the day and it was cool.

She went down and came back with a guy, he looked at the AC control and said I fixed it someone has changed the settings, we advised that we have not touched the controls.

They left but we found that the room was still not cooling so contacted them again, the lady came back up I think she was called Sheryl, she came in and advised that she agreed the room isn’t cooling down and asked what we would be happy with, I advised we want a refund and we will move to another hotel as we are unable to enjoy our holiday, she left stating that she will come back after speaking to someone, by the time she came back it was past midnight, I had looked at other hotels but they were to expensive for us to move at that time of the night, she advised we have 2 options either move into their hotel next door or they will refund us 2 days and will review 2 days and see if can refund those, I advised it is to late for us to move out and cant justify paying so much for 8 hours before we pay for the next day.

Clean and suitablr
Pros:

A lovely clean hotel
You have to walk up a small hill to get to it. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the station.
Staff are friendly and breakfast is really good.
