Great hotel for a stay in Singapore.
Pros:

Overall a great stay with the staff being a particular highlight with their helpfulness and enthusiam. Location near Orchard Road is a ideal spot for a base with the hotel providing a solid experience in terms of rooms, bathroom, breakfast with the benefit of a pool to give some respite from humidity of Singapore.

Clean, Modern Hotel with Great Staff in Quiet Neighborhood
Pros:

This was a good hotel for our stay in Singapore. We had a Premier Room King Bed, which is one of their larger rooms. It was spacious and clean. Bathroom was large with separate shower and tub (we did not try out the tub). Sliding door to the bathroom. Overall vibe of the hotel is modern.

Breakfast buffet had a decent selection, and one could order custom-cooked eggs. Although hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and omelets were shown to be on offer, the one time I requested hard boiled, I was told that would take a long time and that I should request something else. On the plus side, by the final days of our five-night visit, the server would bring me the cheese-and-mushroom omelet I wanted without even being asked. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby's lounge area, and there is also a dispenser for filling water bottles.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. If you want your room cleaned during a specific time, alert the front desk staff when you leave, as the "Make Up This Room" button and light by each room's front door is apparently as ineffective as the "Close Doors" button on an American elevator. But again, if you let the front desk know what you want, they'll take care of it.

The hotel is near the end of a cul-de-sac. Very quiet. It's about a 10-minute walk to a bus stop on Orchard Road that services 15+ bus lines, and walking another minute or two will get you to an MRT stop for the NS and TE lines. The bus stop is also right by the Lucky Plaza shopping mall, which has a food court in its lower level if you're looking for cheap eats. The walk to the bus stop is slightly downhill, which means it's 10 minutes slightly uphill on the way back to the hotel. I strongly recommend that you download the Grab app if you don't already have it. This gives you the option of taking a ride share (similar to Uber or Lyft) back to the hotel if it's too hot or too rainy, and you don't feel like combining public transportation and a short walk. Also, Grab has food delivery options, which can be great if you're back in your nice air-conditioned room, recovering from jet lag, and just don't want to head back out.

We liked this hotel and recommend it.

Exceeded our expections.
Pros:

Everything was to our expectations. Bed was very comfortable. Locations was centrally located to the subway system, shopping and food. Urgent care nearby if needed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They will arrange your transportation to the airport.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. More choices. No lunch or dinner available.

Great experience, just 1km from Orchard MRT (and less from the Paragon shopping centre)
Pros:

Staff were consistently positive and helpful.
They were happy to arrange a later check-out on our last day, and one member of staff voluntarily brought us umbrellas as we were about to head out in the rain - without us asking - very good concierge type care.
Liked the complimentary coffee & snacks (particularly the nuts) bar downstairs. And the sparkling water tap. There's even a welcome ice-cream!
Great location, great room, great staff, great inclusions! What's not to like?

SG Stay at The Quincy
Pros:

Walking distance to Orchard malls and Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Staff are nice and friendly. Room is spacious enough.

Cons:

I think there was a problem with the aircoon in our room. It was not getting cool enough. The staff fixed it. It was cold for a while then back to being warm again 😅

Pros:

Great location and nice welcome and support from the staff.
Hotel cleanless high standard and nearby Orchard road 5 mn walking.
We use the swimingpool on the 12th floor....amazing !
And they offer free cofee and drinks all day at the lobby. Good place to stay with affordable price

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience in the hotel. Staffs were extremely friendly, ambience is very good and clean. We were given welcome snacks. Refreshments at the lobby were available to us 24/7. Definitely recommend!

Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
The food served at breakfast was good but tepid, unless you ordered omelette, fried or boiled eggs.
They struggled when it got busy trying to refresh food, could have done with more staff sorting this out.

All in all the hotel was good.
