Eravamo in una camera al 6 piano. Il problema non era tanto l'ascensore che non arrivava al tuo piano, quanto la camera. Era in un sotto tetto, moquette non attaccata bene al pavimento, sporca. Bagno con poca luce e calcare ovunque. Non era un boutique hotel.

Exceptional service!!
Pros:

All the staff were wonderful. Very helpful, kind and respectful. It was a great location to explore the area and local shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The bed was very hard so the second night I couldn't sleep at all. This is just a personal preference. If you like a stiff bed this will be great for you. I also wish it weren't so dark. I just enjoy bright and well light places but once again, that's just my preference.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The rooms were clean, spatious, and comfortable. They were well heated in the cold seasons of the year. Breakfast was great: lots of options for all tastes. The hotel is very well located at walking distance from the train station, the coast and the main sights of the city. We definitely recommend it for anyone willing to spend some days in Izmir.

Быстрое заселение, вежливый и обходительный персонал. Донесли до номера наши чемоданы, показали в номере все и объяснили как пользоваться всем. Припарковали нашу машину на парковке, где она находилась до нашего отъезда. В номере чисто и уютно. Было очень тепло в номере. Вода горячая и холодная были с хорошим напором. Матрасы мягкие и было удобно спать. Завтраки отличные. Кофе и чай кстати всегда в доступе и днем и ночью.

В номере было очень темно. Нужно добавить освещения.
