Первый день проживание отключили электричество на 2-3 часа. Генератор тоже не сработал. А в остальном минусов не нашли. Но отель нуждается ремонту.

Начнем с того,что нужен был отель на две ночи, для удобных перемещений по достопримечательностям . Выбирала отель ориентируясь в первую очередь на отзывы и местоположение. Подкупил высокий рейтинг отеля,своя парковка,завтрак и местоположение недалеко от центра. Но когда приехали в отель и увидели номер,хотелось тут же развернуться и уехать. Ребенок сказал,что я здесь спать не буду. Номер был очень очень очень темный, низкие потолки, мебель старая, кондиционер древний. Окно открывалось во внутренний двор. Хотя это даже не двор,а какие то страшные старые постройки. А запах.... Все прокурено. Но когда увидели ещё дохлого таракана... Это был предел. Обратились к менеджеру с просьбой о замене номера,т к забронированный мной номер не соответствовал действительности. В итоге переселили в другой, более светлый номер с никаким видом... К этому номеру тоже имеется куча претензий. Ясное дело,что оставаться на вторую ночь мы не стали,так и не доехали до того места,куда планировали.
Писали,что завтраки отличные. Хочу сказать,что завтраки на 3ку, ужасные. Единственное,к кому нет претензий,это к работникам на ресепшн. Не рекомендую этот отель. Много где побывали,но с таким столкнулись впервые

Bien pour 1 nuit
Pros:

L emplacement, très central. Proche du métro. Proche de tout ce qui est à voir.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni mais pas qualitatif
Réveillée un peu avant 6h car la chambre était juste au dessus de la porte des luvraison donc rideau métallique à 5h45 pour recevoir les livraisons ou sortir les poubelles.

The light in the room is not good at all.
The bathroom equipment is very old.
The towel is not clean enough.
The GYM needs innovation.
The boiled eggs in the breakfast needs to be boiled good as the cover is not removable.

Отель превзошел ожидания. Брали два двухместных номера - один с двуспальной кроватью и второй с двумя раздельными. Первый номер был больше и комфортнее второго, хотя цена одинаковая. На фото отель выглядит немного устаревшим, по факту номера комфортные, мебель в хорошем состоянии, чистота и регулярная уборка, хороший матрас и мягкое постельное бельё . Прекрасные сотрудники, очень хороший завтрак ( отдельное спасибо за менемен и кофемашину), очень удобное расположение - в пешей доступности метро, набережная, исторические достопримечательности. В отеле очень тихо, никаких строек рядом или увеселительных заведений, несмотря на заполненность отеля, в том числе большое количество семей с маленькими детьми, других постояльцев мы вообще не слышали. Рекомендую от души это уютное место для тихого и комфортного отдыха в Измире

Cons:

Как и повсеместно в Турции - есть запах сигаретного дыма, хотя курение в номерах отеля запрещено.
